At the 15 minute mark Uncle Joey is talking about “deadman’s hill” on 43rd street right off Kennedy boulevard behind the police station. As a north Bergen native me and my friends know this hill too well, as we used to fly down on bikes that didn’t have brakes. We jammed our shoe into the tire to hold our spot until we didn’t see any cars at the bottom then we let go and hoped for the best lmao good thing we made it every time but there were a few close calls. Dangerous yes, but those were the best of times 👍🏻
