I just bought one of these on eBay ($10) and have no clue as to how to configure it. I want to setup a 4K POE security system in my home. WS-C3560-48PS-S with a Amcrest NV4108-HS 4K NVR (8CH 1080p/3MP/4MP/5MP/6MP/8MP) NVR supports POE but NO POE ports on device. Is there a cheat sheet or something out there that can guide me as to how to set this POE switch up? I'm no Cisco CCNA but do know routers, firewalls, IPs, subnets, VPN, proxies, etc... Thank you

Is this switch good by today's standards (12/20)? I have 4 that I bought in a huge college auction. I'm thinking of adding one to my home network or should I buy a new switch at Best Buy? Thanks

Is this switch capable of intervlan routing? A layer 3 switch?

I have this Cisco POE switch, the problem is that it can only connect to my outdoor ip camera and will not power my indoor cameras. Please, is there any way to make this switch to power my indoor cameras? Note that my indoor ip cameras are working well when I connect them manually to another switch, Tp-link(Non POE). Or is there any way I can connect this POE and Tp-link switch to the same NVR machine without having any problem.
