@@whatever57010 Well R* made the unmarked Vapid Stainer in multiple colors for only the grass roots mission? I think they were just too lazy and thought the park ranger car looked close enough to a border patrol car.
@@Unknown_Ooh true, but I also believe that they are not supposed to be real border patrol. even the news refer to them as vigilantes, so even if the game had border patrol unites, Joe and Josef wouldn't be a part of it
@@Unknown_Ooh also unmarked cruiser could be used by multiple law enforcement agencies, for the Border patrol they would be creating a whole new law enforcement agency
