Friday May 6th at 8pm 2022 I lost my sweet bunny boy Lupa after having him in my life for 7 and a half years. Yesterday was his creamation, i stumbled upon this song the night before, I played this song as his body went in. I felt like it was a song from him to me. I camped out and watched the whole thing happen as this played. I loved that bunny more then ive loved anything. Forever in my heart. ❤ god id do anything to have him back. Thank you for this song.

This song is to the little girl in me who was abused for 14 years.... As the tears slip down my cheeks and I'm wracked with sobs that come up from the deep, I picture me and this little girl holding hands and dancing around in circles in slow motion before the flames of these walls I'd built to protect my inner child from the pain I endured during that time. My walls were a persona that everything was fine...that I was happy. My persona was that our money was fine, our marriage was fine, clinging to his delusional reality that our lives were perfect and nothing even close to abuse was happening behind closed doors. Every day that passed I became more and more afraid of him, more and more dread would hit me when I woke up, still in this horrific existence....awaiting the passing of another day so I could go back to sleep to escape. But in the end, even the walls around my sleep were breached with night terrors and nocturnal panic attacks, bolting upright in bed 3, 4, 5 times a night, clutching my chest because my heart had gone from 0-600 in a millisecond.... terror, fear, dread was hitting me over and over and over... I had to force myself to stay up until 3,4,5am to exhaust myself to sleep. I am out of that hell. Over 2 years out....but the residue of that abuse has coated the inner walls of my heart and I can't seem to find any sort of inner tool to scrape myself free of it. _Burning the walls completely is what I have to do..._ Dear Little Girl, I'm sorry I let someone treat you so horribly. I'm sorry I convinced you that this twisted treatment was love. I'm sorry I stayed so long and that not upsetting _him_ was more important to me than *myself.* I'm sorry I let someone erase you and I to the point where we were so enmeshed with him that the thought of getting free was terrifying because who were we anyway??? I'm sorry I've been ignoring all this pain, wanting to heal without digging into _this part._ This is huge....and it will take a ferocious fire to clear this out completely.... so, let's gather wood together, let's pile the logs high & wide and douse them with all the lighter fluid in the world and watch it all burn. We deserve a fantastic bonfire, you and I.
