@@deeharris822 Raven wasn’t hired to sing/ that was not in her contract at all. Raven is not a singer and she has said that, though she’s musically inclined.. and the tune she does carry isn’t IMO close to Denise at all 😭😭😭😂
That old school Clark Sound with Denise along with Mother Mattie Moss Clark where everyone sang lead in their own style but harmonize at the same time. To me Denise and Jacky sing just like their mother in what I call that delayed vocal but it works into rounding out that Clark Sound.
@@destinyjenkinsss3802 Twinkie leads the "Lord when I pray..." - You can hear ppl say, "sing Twinkie!" Sounds like Karen leads some of the song also. "Help me to say yes..." Sounds like it could be Denise.
I love this recording! Some other recordings sound like it is fast. With this one, the harmonies really are at their best. The Clark Sisters will always be a favorite of mine. Twinkie's organ playing is "it" COGIC people can sing and play an organ! I love this song. I taught it to one of my groups this week. They loved it! I salute you "Clark Sisters"!
The "Jets For Jesus" ; J-Julie, E-Emma, T-Tracey. The "S" was Silent. These young ladies were blessed and gifted. They sang Three Part Harmony on key and A Capella @ all times. 20 years later, I can truly say to God, "LORD, GIVE ME A PRAYING SPIRIT". It's needed In This Day And Time.
