FIRST I got to give honor to Donald Lawrence because this video shows this man has LITERALLY studied these women indepth ESPECIALLY Twinkie knowing that the foundation WILL rest upon her to successfully execute this impromptu. The way Donald set's this up is beyond genius knowing of course to have the girls build off of Twinkies approach whatever she'll lay before them. A PERFECT EXAMPLE AND THE MOST NOTICEABLE NOT THE ONLY BUT THE MOST NOTICEABLE IS... when the beat of the music STOPS at @2:37 immediately at @2:40-2:43🤯 Twinkie lays the foundation for the sisters MAINLY Karen to build upon, Twinkie gives a call and response her consciously KNOWING the song is approaching it's apex and the musical genius in her knows at this point it's time for them to reach into their bag of tricks. So she layed that foundation at @2:40 and because Karen was soooo locked and attentive to what Twinkie was doing she immediately responded by building upon what was layed at @2:45-2:48🤯 showing Twinkie her response by singing a different inversion of the initial run and now if you look closely you'll see how Twinkie responds by smiling at @2:49 with her approval. TRUE FANS KNOW that over 90% of their communication while actively singing is done telepathically or by hand but mostly eye gestures. Twinkie I believe was not sure that she had Dorindas attention because she wanted them to do their own signature styles of singing so she gives another call but this time it's with her own style which that "signature growl" at @2:50 and it's clear at this point all of them KNOWS what Twinkie is doing so Karen DOESN'T respond because she knows it was a call to Dorinda and of course Dorinda responds at @3:00-3:03 bringing the song to it's completion with 2 GENIUSES "Donald & Twinkies" stamp of approval of each sisters style was highlighted and NO NOT ONE of them out sang the other but we're equally spotlighted. This was my take away and interpretation from this video in which could easily shown in musical schools around the world as a Masterclass even Doctorate level music studies because there's so much more in this video than can be unpacked. FYI: Twinkie made it VERY CLEAR to her sisters at the beginning that she WANTED to sing and that she was READY to sing and overall that she was FOCUSED to sing and a perfect example would be at @0:19-0:22🙌🏿 that was rare for Twinkie to be the first to give the song more body if you will, it's oftentimes DORINDA who does this so again Twinkie made it very clear in the beginning. And what was so BEAUTIFUL that the crowd we showed our approval when af the end as the sisters was exited the stage we began chanting her name "TWINKIE TWINKIE TWINKIE" until she took her seat showing her we heard her and we appreciated her. ♥️ ***Written In Respect*** #MyFavTwinkie
Absolutely amazing. The sad thing is there possibly may NOT be a video of THIS NIGHT. As with the Live One Last Time recording they didn't have it of the original recording but re-recorded it and there were so many things from the original recording that we're not captured. I PRAY a video of the actual recording that night is produced because moments like this May never be recaptured.
Richard James I was there and I have to tell you we were in our 7th Heaven, and ain't nothing wrong with cheering an artist on. With exception of Justin Bieber, performers love when you cheer them on like that because it gives them the "energy" they need to give the best performance they can. And it's the Clark Sisters, why wouldn't you go crazy? like, other than Karen, they just learned the song rite there and still was killing it. We saw Donald Lawrence teach them the song and then slayed on the spot. That's why we was "doing the most". And I truly needed it that nite. Sorry for the lengthy response
I love this video and how even tho it was Karen's night they didnt steal the spotlight and Twinkie just almost made me throw this phone. Also I love how no matter how the camera man do it they some how get that Karen and Dorinda moment in their bond is just so amazing it makes no sense on how all of them bond together but Karen's and Dorinda's I live for them. Gotta love The Clark Sisters
That'll never happen. I'm convinced they have some kind of mutual agreement for Denise to live her life as she sees fit, which may include not being infront of cameras. She probably doesn't want it. But we'll probably see Denise at a televised memorial service when one of the oldest Clark Sisters passes. That's it.

That wasn’t Twinkie and Karen it was Karen and dorinda. Twinkie said “anybody” and Karen comes automatically with the light F#5 and dorinda comes right after that and they run down and end in a harmonized run
