Morgan Freeman was at his best in this episode, as the Rich Weirdo and the Vampire in the "Whistle" song, some of my all-time favorite TEC moments. Thanks for posting this!
Thank you ever so much for this one, EC Archive. As far as some other prime requests, there are the installments with the following sketches/songs that I have been waiting for the longest time to see again, most of which Noggin has NEVER aired -- "Who Dun It?", "Help! Help! Help!", "Slop The Hogs", "The Truth, Ruth" "I'll Never Get A Letter (They've Forgotten)", "Spend Spend Spend", "Sloppy Sloppy Slob", "Exit", a Spidey Story in which the villain says "Cursed RSVP!" at the end, a sketch involving Jim Boyd as a NEWS-caster (emphasis on the way he says the word "news"), and a sketch involving a silly song which has the word "underwear" in it toward the end. Most of all, if you could find the special 1975 TEC documentary _IN FULL,_ -- THAT would be quite the treasure to behold. Kind of a bucket list item for me.
I really don't know where to find them. I'm so glad you remember them, but I'm not sure where to go to see them. And what documentary are you talking about? Can you describe it?
@@lucasjohnson6507 -- That's the thing. Ultimately, it was 1975 a behind-the-scenes documentary. NantoVision gave us the credits of that documentary but never uploaded the full video, despite requests for it.
Nice to see an episode that wasn't aired on Noggin. My remembrance of TEC was the last 2 seasons of it but they of course reused a lot of clips from previous seasons and remember the Lee Chamberlin oo box segment very well.
It's never good when it's a compilation in disguise. It's like -- WHO do they think they're fooling? And why would they want to deprive the public of ALL that TEC goodness?
@@DLCOrganizationFrom what I’ve heard, Sesame Workshop can’t release any more episodes on DVD unless all of the cast members had given their permission and two of them haven’t.
@@TECFan1971 -- DVD releases are one thing, but what about television re-airings. Also, it would appear that those two cast members are more than likely from The Short Circus.
