@@ahihi7706 heavy armor / colossal or giant weapon with talismans buffing attack strength. depending how i feel on a certain playthrough i may use rotting breath or poison mist as a long range attack if i feel like sparing the level ups
Micro movements! He’s constantly dead angling in order to be as close as he needs or as far as he needs at any given time. Maybe not dead angling per se, but he’s staying just outside of hitboxes so he can position himself properly whilst setting himself up for the next position. It’s a lot of micro management but doable! Keep at the practice and you can do it too!!
One of the first malenia no hit kills i saw was someone running from the first attack and rolling into the second part and managing to get in an attack in before the last part of the combo landed
You can tell he is a gamer by seeing his background Grass is outside so he can study the weaknesses of it and can do a no hit run of getting to Walmart

It's not the best Malenia run. I have beaten her in ways that are much better than this and I'm not even the best. The best is a guy called BDBrian. Gino is the best at no hit runs, but those don't involve the highest level of fighting skill as you use OP strats
@@IplayhardgamesOh? What level of “fighting skill” is required to complete a single “no hit run” in 1 game using -your preferred- *THE* optimal build? How about you adhering to a strict set of rules (e.g. ONLY leveling one stat per run, region locked, etc.) in addition to a “no hit run”, then consistently replicating them as recently as 5 days ago? Perhaps if someone had completed a series of “no hit runs” spanning across 7 games they’d be of.. passing skill?

You can true stun lock her with stomp upward slice. I used it on a zeiwhander and didn't even get hit by her. Just bounce her endlessly she can't move.
Gino actually lost a All Achievements No Hit Run to a random unexpected mob yesterday in Haligtree section. He was 5 hrs into the run hitless. He rolled and fell off the ledge surprised by a random mob. I saw it live and it felt so bad.
Throwing a sleep pot into her Scarlet Aeonia is so smart, I feel so dumb now realizing you could totally do that and get some free damage out of it. Much more reliable than a freeze pot too which you don't get much time to react with.
Don't feel dumb. No one person can think of everything. Sometimes we overthink, and miss simple solutions. Be inspired to find other ways of dismantling Melania. 👍

@@Iplayhardgames pretty sure he can do what anyone else does against bosses. Just watch his feast only no hit run. If he can do that, he can do anything. I doubt anyone else have as much knowledge about each boss as he does.
she has the lowest poise of like any great rune boss, and she's weak to like every status effect. Those are her main weaknesses your supposed to exploit.
Yeah the throwing daggers are a fantastic way to maintain poise damage and this is a strat that does not require speedrunner skill to use. Also a great way to get that last sliver of HP when you’re so jacked up on adrenaline that you KNOW you’re going to choke if you go in for another real hit
Before Let me sole her was thing, Gino beat Melanie with the spear hunter at lvl 0 no upgrades in a long ass 35min no hit fight. The video is on RU-vid, look it up. I remember it because when I started seeing the viral “let me solo her” all I can think was. Hmmm, ok, has anyone checked Gino’s video? It came out 5 days earlier and is way more impressive. Let me Solo her is super good and the idea was great! But he’s not better than Gino, not in a million years.
I do love how people have realized over time that the "super hard bosses" are just the bosses they expect you to have daggers and throwing pots for at that point.
Same thing with the claws early game, not only do you rack up bleed procs and do insane damage against that level of enemy, you get to look like wolverine doing it
She is such a beast. My first play through, it took me 3 damn days to finally beat her. You could only imagine how loud i yelled when i finally bested her.
Legit was questioning some of your plays, cause you get that pixel perfect dodges where it seems attack hits you but it doesnt. But then saw you beat LilAggy in "bingo" and was like damn...
I think Malenia is easier without summs so she doesn't heal of them My best advice is a big weapon that can stagger her with jump attacks, defensive physical talisman and freeze pots (use them when she starts waterfowl dance and the freeze stops it) Good luck and be patient
Not bad. But you can't title it "CLEANEST Malenia you'll EVER see" when Let Me Solo Her exists. (But judging by the amount of comments saying the exact same thing, im guessing that title is very good for engagement. 😂)
In order to do something like this, youre going to have to know exactly which moves shes going to so and exactly where shes going to land after each movement.
