"Stu, what are you doing? it's 4 o'clock in the morning." "Scrubbing the lawn." "Why are you scrubbing the lawn?" "I am reliably informed there is a rug inside it."
@@ferretyluv.... okay? I'm pretty sure the word "ironic" can be used here, if not, then the word "humorous" instead, not "coincidence" nor even"coincidental".
@@alicorn3924 No, it can’t. Irony would be the opposite of what you expect. It’s a coincidence that the color of the rug is the same as the grass that was growing on top of it.
@@ferretyluv One of the definitions for irony is, I quote; "a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often amusing as a result." Which, clearly can be used in this situation, as the viewer expects the rug to not look like grass, and instead look more like a normal rug, even if it is dumbed down to an extent, and the reveal of the rug being naturally green and grass-like surprises the viewer in an amusing way. Literally one google search.
@@alicorn3924 By your logic, it would be ironic if the carpet turned out to be pink since the viewer doesn’t expect that either. It can’t be just unexpected, it has to be the OPPOSITE. That’s what it means by “contrary to one’s expectations.”
@@MountainRugCleaning Have you ever had a rug that was stained with blood? And if not, is that a project you would turn into a video or would the almighty youtube algorithm shut that video down? Was just wondering how difficult it would be, if at all possible, to remove something like that out of a rug.
It wasnt until it was in the middle of the cleaning that i realized its a green grass looking rug. At the beginning i thought it was one of those rugs that was left outside for so long that grass started growing over it lol. I was like, is it ever going to come off 😆 Incredible job as Always!
That rug resigned itself that it was going to be a piece of sod forever. Then you came along and rescued it from that fate, and brought it back to the reality of being a rug again. It took a ton of effort to convince it that it was a rug all along, but you finally managed to persuade it. Amazing effort!
11:16 best scraping ever!😍 the back and forth scraping with the water running on the rug was amazing! Especially since it’s a shaggy rug 💚💚💚 love this video
I love it when you find rugs that break records. If this isn't the dirtiest and muddiest rug you've tried to clean yet I'd be super surprised. This also looks like it would be a clean that would be amazing to see uncut/as unedited as possible. Even if it was a long watch I'd watch it all.
Now imagine having a concrete on your front lawn instead of a yard, but it’s covered in rugs like this, and your neighbors are always confused about why they never see you mowing, and if you are actually shampooing the lawn or not.
James!!! @8:43 was FANTASTIC! I don't recall you doing this slow motion shot before and I've seen nearly all your videos. Loved it! Keep up the great work and best wishes to you and your family ❤ Edited - Would love to know why you've started to use the pressure washer detergent bucket method over the watering can? Does it emulsify the detergent better?
Magnificent!! 😂 I can't believe it was green anyway 🤣 I loved the chaotic squeegee, that was fun....lol. Also down for a good back of a rug brushing 👍🏾 And the foam is always great, especially made my R2 Clean 2. What was the teal/blue stuff you used before liquified smurf? Fantastic job James.
So satisfying to watch! On first look I thought it was someone's failed attempt at a DIY puppy potty training pad. You used everything in your arsenal to get this one clean. Did you have to use vegetation killer? Kidding! Excellent job, James. One of my favorites.
Thank you for meeting Dirt's need of a hat. It looks good on him. I had never seen you use the roller before. And I really enjoyed the bucket fountains! What fun! And the colors!!
I thought it'd be so funny if this rug were actually green or brown and then... it's actually green! I can't believe you got it looking so fresh and new, great job as always!
Well most of them have to be random rugs specifically made to look extra dirty since nobody owning a rug looking like that would still want it and pay for it to get cleaned. Its just content people like to watch so you buy or collect a rug somewhere, dirty it good then wash it for views.
Fantastic new video. I've long been curious about the room you do this work in, especially the drainage. Does the trench drain itself or do you have to drain it between washes? Is the water, mud, and soaps safe to empty down public drainage or do you collect it in your own tanks? Also, it's funny that you have decals on your equipment naming it after characters owned by Nintendo and Disney, two of the most ravenously litigious intellectual property-defending media companies out there :P
As you know from the start to the end of the duo, it was awsome! Keep up the excellent work and please make more videos, I appreciate it but that rug caught me 14:22
whoa it’s been a while for me so there’s so many new things in this video! big roller thing? bucket wash on the back of the rug? this means i gotta start relaxing more and watch more rug cleaning!! thanks for another great one 😊
I'm really liking the foam explosions - they are great fun to watch! Kinda miss the little corner drip from the watering can though. Could we perhaps see that again sometime? 😊
