The Cleveland Browns Just Changed EVERYTHING...

So we just found out the Cleveland Browns will be opening the 2024 season against the Dallas Cowboys in the dawg pound, in Tom Brady's first game as a TV analyst, and if your just a fan of football in general, this should get you pumped, I'm not even trying to buy into all the browns hype because I told myself I wouldn't do it this year, But I do wanna talk about what things they changed and what you should expect to be different for the Browns this upcoming season. Alright, so with rookie minicamp already here, we are just a few weeks away from OTAs, then mandatory minicamp, and then before we know it the players will be getting ready to go for the season at training camp. The Browns made 6 selections in the 2024 nfl draft and i wanna talk about each guy a little bit, and then i want to talk about the free agent that andrew berry managed to bring in including jerry jeudy who was obviously the highlight of the offseason. Nut anyways, I know people always talk about and hype up the standouts from rookie camp, but I don't really wanna do that because it's never accurate at all, the players aren't in pads, and really you can't learn anything about them as actual players, it's more about the new guys just getting a feel for the organization and how things are gonna be run.

I would say near perfect if no Major Season ending Injuries happen we have stacks if Chubb or Watson Struggle or get hurt we have other options Just in case but I have more faith than Anyone in the #4 Hater club ALOT MORE FAITH

I think they'll be highly hyped as usual but just have a mediocre season. Probably like 8-9 and miss the playoffs. Its been sad watching all these potential draft picks go to the likes of houston and watching them turn into a contenter over night. Im not hating on DW4 but he defintley hasnt lived up to the trade. He'll have to have an mvp type season for the browns to make a real run and as a Browns fan i really hope he does.

@@frankmurray222 you have too many Old browns seasons Left on your mind You have no idea the Jim Schwartz affect has on them I seen wayyyy too much improvement Since just last year and with everything We Had left WE WERE THE ONES THAT SAVED FLACCOS CAREER at the end of the day Despite whatever anyone wants to think about it HE HAD A GOOD OFFENSIVE LINE LEFT TO SAVE HIMSELF, The jets wanted him gone and Retired already he proved them wrong The Browns are the dark horse contenders and I saw Alot of glimpses of it last year

@@user-rh8iv6wq2u Dude can't even run the right route half the time. He had several different QBs across last season yelling at him on multiple occasions. So who's the problem here then? All the QBs or the one WR? Like I said, I hope he can get his act together. Talent is nothing without skill.

Cause you guys are short-sighted. He was amazing before all the obstacles and lying women. He started coming back towards his form when he unfortunately got injured at the worst time. He had the highest passer rating in NFL history when he got here. He is 27. Stop being so impatient. It’s his time now

@@realdean13 yup 4 or 5 years ago I thought he was good to. But unfortunately since coming to the browns he has ranked 38th in qbr. And 27th in pff grade among qbs. Almost all his per game stats are bottom 5 in the nfl over the last 2 years. And you think ALL 26 of those women he paid off are lying? Hard for me to believe 1 human against a group of 26 humans.

All yall just want Watson to play bad cuz of his race and money. Hes got 85 qb rating since hes been in Cleveland. He played in 3 terrible weather games broke his arm week 1 still 4-1 against cincy balt and ten. Beat Lamar Jackson on the road with a high ankle sprain. Watson is fine hes done nothing no different than rober kraft jerry jones and dan snyder none of yall seemed to concern when they were doing what thdy doing.

This is going to be a good year for DW4. I don't think race is really an issue for his critics. Fans are like fat chicks--they're hungry and impatient. After the big contract they expected him to come in and after a couple of warm us games to light up the league. It took a full offseason for him to get adjusted to the offense, coaches and players. He was just starting to get in stride and he got hurt, which sucked but it gave him more time to study. In his podcast and interviews he seems genuinely happy to be a Brown and his understanding of the offense is obvious. For me that's huge. I want my QB to want to be here. To play with enthusiasm and to be the leader. He seems to be there so I'm optimistic we're going to see a top 10 version of DW in 24. Yes, there's going to be some changes with Dorsey, but those changes will most likely lean into his strengths. We're getting our injured starters back and we've added depth to every position group. The only question is when Chubb returns, but I think Ford and Foreman will do a good enough job bringing balance to the offense. The D is going to eat this year, and I'm confident DW4 will return close to his pro-bowl form which will make CLE receivers fantasy gold. I can't wait to see all the crying Cowpie fans in week 1. You know that his 85 passer rating ranks him 25th in the nfl right. 85 is not a good passer rating for any qb, let alone for a qb who cost us 3 first round picks. His qbr is even worse its 43. And over the last 2 years his qbr ranks him 38th in the nfl. And on top of all the bad stats. He hasn't won the browns a single playoff game yet.

@@anthonypa8045 Confidence in Watson is about what he's capable of. You're fixated on his stats, which are not impressive, but you're conveniently ignoring his small sample size as a Brown. Realistically we shouldn't even count the 2022 season. He was coming off a 2 year hiatus and the suspension prohibited him from any official football activities. He started practice after week 11 in an entirely different offensive scheme than he had in Houston. Then, last year, he got hurt in week 3 and again in week 4, then missed 4 games and finally realized he had a broken shoulder in week 9. The Chubb cheap shot knee injury played a major factor in DW4's injury because it took away the run game. Watson's in the hot seat. We know it, the front office knows it and I'm pretty sure he knows it. The good news is he doesn't have to be great, just good. That's it. Just take what the other defense gives him, make his throws and protect the ball. If we can average 24 points a game we're 13-4. If we nudge that up to an extra field goal we're winning 14 or 15 games. We're only facing 3 powerhouse offenses this year--Eagles, Ravens and Chiefs. We have to give Pittsburgh respect because they always play us tough. I think we're probably going to split with them and Baltimore and sweep the Bengals. We can certainly beat both Philly and KC but they are statistically our two best opponents this season.

@@GreenEyedRogue that is Way too many excuses u just made for someone who was suppose to be a top 3 qb when we traded 3 first round picks for him. Hell he makes more garunteed money then any other qb in the league and he plays like a bottom 5 qb. No reason for flacco, brissett, and baker to all being playing way better then deshaun after wha he cost this team.

@@anthonypa8045 Not excuses, just reasons. 2024 is make or break for Watson. If doesn't play well then he's a bust and his critics will be proven correct. I happen to believe he's going to put it all together and play well, especially given the balance and strength of the team as a whole. Watson's predicted 2024 performance is a betting line--you're taking the under and I'm talking the over. We won't know until around Thanksgiving
