What an interesting concept and execution! The thought behind the designs and detailing of these make them more than just novelty mazes and elevate them to actual games similar to Dungeons & Dragons, or the dungeons from Legend of Zelda and Elder Scrolls. I love that they're not just simple, plain plastic boxes but that they do have such intricate levels of detail, and that the details actually serve a purpose.
@@romain-guirecpiotte8005 You did a fantastic job. The passion and attention to detail you put into the ones Mr.Puzzle showed off is amazing - they do seem like one-player tabletop D&D dungeons.
Thank you so much Mr.Puzzle ! Sorry for that first model (the dungeon) whiwch is made to be playable with kids. It is a way to make enter kids in puzzle world :)
The RPG one is very fun. I like how you can see the first layer of the maze and the details. The dungeon is cool but all the effort in making the rooms and stairs there gets hidden
Following the directions on the red puzzle solution, I think there is an arrow missing on the bottom row, second from the left box. In the top left corner, I believe the arrow goes from the top edge (where it drops down from) to the right where it would come back up a level and get back on track.
@@romain-guirecpiotte8005 True, though it was mildly interesting to see Mr. Puzzle take apart the DonJon puzzle to show us individual floors. It would maybe help if the floors had a bit of eye candy, even if that was only available to early birds and streamers.
Those are really cool epic little maze puzzles. I like the medieval theme. I can see them making one called Slay The Dragon or something crazy like that.
Interesting, you'd think the maps would ruin it but it does the opposite. It also stops it being incredibly frustrating. I loved the design of them all though, especially the clear topped one. The aesthetic of the entire thing reminds me of something but I can't quite place it!
Yes, please solve the Orange Monster! (The punny version, too, lol!) I have solved the first unopenable one, 10/12 Vicious 0, and have the 11/12 Mortal 0 still TBD. 12/12 Cthulhu Phantom is on my Wishlist so if they make it available again I will get it.
Do you think you could switch up the layers of The Dungeon for an additional challenge or would it not work that way? And of course you should solve the monster!
From the look of it, the drop point of each level needs to line up with the next one, so rearranging the levels would result in "softlocks" that would make progressing impossible.
Wait, [I just thought about it (that title being "DONJON"). Is this supposed to be "The Don Johnson" Puzzle.? Lol. He was the Star of "Miami Vice" in this country. "Don Johnson".? Hilarious, Mr Puzzle lol 😂😎
He is a big star in the US, Mr Puzzle. That name is known everywhere and his face and dress).] He always wore a sport jacket (sort of like you would wear with a Suit) , like that though. Perhaps you've heard of him.?! Lol 😂😎
Of course, this does require that the bottom hole on a floor line up with top hole of the next floor. An interesting option would be to intentionally design floors to facilitate such swapping, with the intent that buyers could mix-and match floors between puzzles to create new puzzles (and to create taller puzzles). For an added challenge, the solver could be given all the maps but not be told the positions or floor selections, requiring them instead to determine this by feel.
Curses, I don't know what happened, I was watching this video then My finger slipped and I accidentally purchased the entire collection from that link.
Please put music more "relaxing", with calm rithims like the begining of the channel! This kind of music of this video is danceble, has DEMBOW (LATINAMERICAN RITHIM) Doesnt help to relax : / Sorry my english, Im an old fan
Why does the title of this say "DONJON"? [I wasn't getting it at 1st] It should say "DONJUN" , (being I noticed that puzzle says "Dungeon"). [It should say "DUNJUN" now that I think it] "Dungeon" is pronounced "Dunjun" in a way though. So, why "DONJON"? LOL [With a little joke that looks like "Dijon Mustard" puzzle] Lmao though 🤣😎
Oh and I have no idea how to show the pro pronunciation of that "j" in print. "De jzon" maybe (say it the French way). That's how I pronounce it. Lol though (because I'm a friggin jokester) . 🤣😎
Although, "The Pro Pronunciation" would be the correct way, (go figure, a typo ended up being correct). That's truly worth an Lmao (or Pmsl - or however someone says that - Lmbo some folks say, for Laughing My Butt Off). So all of those Laughing things, Mr Puzzle. [Now to the actual Puzzle, Lmao] 🤣😎
