Obama stopped in my small town to get bbq for the bus. People in the restaurant were given the option to stay or go and secret service were very thorough and everywhere. Obama was charming and personable and respectful of the folks who didn't shake his hand.

I'm going to miss this president on tv and in shows, he is so down to earth and open to the people of america, a huge difference with all the previous presidents who acted more like "i'm on a higher stand than regular people", you couldn't really relate to them. I had figured that, too. Before then, I had said that they were going to find ANY guy & give it to him, rather than run Hillary, because the US will *not* elect a woman. I should have put money on it. How sad that we *still* have not grown as a society.

RollOnToVictory not true (sort of). there was a whole thing with michigan changing its primary which lead to obama and others being taken off the ballot and hillary staying on the ballot. not counting that state obama one the popular vote
