Why don't starfighters make more use of target-seeking missiles? Dogfights seem to have a very high fatality rate and I can't imagine the Alliance or the Republic wouldn't upgrade to something more practical. #AskEck

Executioner is from the same root word as executor, if I'm not mistaken. Another example of english ending up with completely unrelated words that look really similar and came from the same place.

Starship Versus: Harrower class Dreadnaught vs Victory class Star Destroyer

How about ground vehicles? I think I've read about AT-TE's being used by the Rebel Alliance in canon sources (one being an Elite AT-TE in a game). Did the rebels use other vehicles? LIke AT-AP, AT-PT, UT-AT or Juggernaut. Would make sense as the Rebels have so little firepower on the ground, although they do have tanks in video games. Perhaps a video on Rebel armored fighting vehicles could be interesting. #AskEck

I always felt that Lucas missed the opportunity to put the ships used by the rebels in the prequels. Like, instead of coming up with new ship designs he could have used the rebel ship designs and demonstrated that all of the rebel ships were clone wars tech.

LO tell dean it's spelt Executor. Executor is a title of someone of very high authority in some cases the supreme authority. It also derives from the word Executive which means having the power to put plans, actions or laws into effect.

Ok seriously. Why tf aren’t the Rebels making use of old Lukrahulk’s and Episode 1 era Battle Droids as a way of automating their starships and providing at least passive defense for their more important ships? Or better yet, revive the droid armies but upgrade their AI slightly and compartmentalize their roles in a given task force and have like a specialized R2 unit carrying the droid brain and directing them? It’d expand the Rebellion’s tactical capabilities having more boots on the ground doing the things they don’t need organically doing, and for the ones that need to specialize in combat, upgrade their servos and make them communicating battlefield data back to like a Squad Systems Operator. Through a few fire teams of Commando Droids into a Rebel Pathfinder Platoon they now have dudes able to engage in effective CQC, interface potentially faster than Humans could and hack faster with the right software, or just provide and extra rifle and pair eyes on the enemy. Seriously, why doesn’t this exist?

I have a fanfic idea floating in my head set during the early days of the Empire. The leader of the rebel cell would be a former CIS General who lead CIS militia units on his home world. The Moff of the region would only have one Imperial-I under their commanded with the rest of ships being from the Clone Wars. Also personally think most of the Clone Wars area ships were scrapped to fuel the Imperial military. This is something that we see in both Legends and Disney Cannon. And it would be a little ironic if the Death Star had been built from billions of melted down battle droids.

Venators would be good for the Alliance, they packed good firepower, were resistent and had space for large air-wings, everything the rebels needed

I would have liked to see the modified ships from both CIS and Republic like the Venator's, Acclimator's, Victory's, Maelstrom battlecruiser's, Munificent's, Providence's, Lucrahulk's, and other capital ship's also a debatable question, the Z95 headhunter and X wing, both are good in many cases, but if we modify the Z95, could it perform just as well if not better then the X wing being faster and more maneuverable then the X wing

Clone Boi Wars was the best era

In the current Canon, the alliance we're known to use modified Republic Pelta-class medical frigates as both medical and communication ships right up to the Battle of Endor. The first source was shown in the Rebels TV show and then The Rebel Files. Perhaps you might possibly do a video on the purpose of explaining the role of medical frigates during space or surface battles, just a suggestion.
