I remember watching it here and there waaay beack when...and I enjoyed it then but dont really remember watching more that maybe 10 or 15 episodes. Started watching it on HBOMax and needless to say, 3 weeks later and I'm done with the series. Its sooooo good

I can’t believe I just now this year started watching this show and I cannot wait to buy the whole series on DVD 📀 I had always heard of it when it first aired but I never watched it now I know how much of a mistake that was oh well at least I know about it now and I’ll be enjoying it all from start to finish.!!!!! Statefarmfan21, same here. When I moved in with my Nana, we’d be watching something on TV, but then we’d change the channel when it was time for it to come on. When “ the Closer “ stopped showing on TV, we did everything we could to get each season on DVD ( if we couldn’t find it at the store, we’d go looking online until we had every single season on DVD ). Now that we have them all, we’ll watch them whenever we feel like it. Then once we start with episode 1, we don’t stop watching until the very last episode ( we might stop for a ball game, but that’ll be the only reason, we’ll just go right back to “ The Closer “ afterwards 😉 ) 😁

I have been watching this on Start tv (in Chicago) but I haven't seen the last episode yet. Strangely enough I have seen repeats of some of the episodes though.

I discovered them on Start tv too. I'm in Jacksonville Fl.. I enjoy the Closer and Major Crimes. The Closer had more humor i think, but i really liked Major Crimes as well.

We just got Start TV in the Washington DC area, and I am HOOKED again!

Kyra was done , she wanted out. The show could had gone another few years. Major Crimes was well done , but the Closer had this edgy street vibe

Of course, I meant cancel Major Crimes. We know Kyra needed to leave The Closer. But we might get to see her again in a new show with her husband Kevin Bacon.

Sean Collins not so cliched though as *spoilers* it was a woman pretending to be a man.. (because she herself was a criminal) and a woman killed her... not something that's seen in every show.. especially in the first episode..

A woman disguised as a man, killed by another woman who was a strict Catholic-intriguing. What kept it from being a cliche was that Brenda got her to confess

Law enforcement is allowed to lie to suspects; if a suspect has nothing to hide, they will stand their ground because they know that they are innocent.

@VERNA GINGO I do understand what you are saying completely. However, if law enforcement comes at me and says, "we have DNA and fingerprints that prove you committed this robbery, rape, murder, etc". I am going to have a very difficult time confessing to it. And it is my hope that I would say, "Prove it", and "Lawyer..."

Cops are allowed to lie in interrogations and she almost never violated any rights she just blended them a little

@VERNA GINGO The woman you found annoying made this show so wildly popular that they did Major Crimes as a spin off. Without the annoying woman, there wouldn't have been a Major Crimes for you to love.

@@debra2700 She may be "part" of the reason why the show was popular,but the way the character is written is just annoying for me. The story as to how she was brought to LAPD is a bit "unprofessional(?),disgusting (?)" ( I don't know how to describe it 😆). The writers should have left the part where she slept with Chief Pope because every time she does something questionable and Pope let it slide, I think he is doing it because h e has feelings for her. And the # of times she calls Sharon "bitch" and "that woman " is irritating. I understand Kiera is just playing how the character is written, but still Brenda is annoying 🤣. In Major Crimes,the writing has improved,and the actors are great.
