As a counselor , I allow people to cry and speak out but, it is also my duty control the discussion and let them do it one by one, and i would interject whenever i see the argument getting tense.. trust me, these people can be reconciled and get all of them apologizing for past hurts, but you can't do it when they are emotional. Once it gets emotional , people do not speak to be understood but to win and prove a point , that is when we call it a toxic discussion . So Mkoma Tinashe should learn to control the discussion , calm the raised voices and allow only one person to speak at a time becoz one day umwe anorohwa mambama and show haizoperi mushe vava kuzama kudzivisa fight
