I was looking for a guide to COACH state for a friend. This is the most comprehensive, succinct RU-vid video so far. I would encourage anyone to go through the steps slowly with as much inner awareness as possible and work on building the foundations of this as a personal practice. It's a great way to start the day, centred, grounded, open, aware, connected, holding steady and ready to go.

I had done similar exercises out of intuition while playing with my own energy, but doing it with the COACH acronym in mind meant that every move was charged with an embedded command for my nervous system, turing each move into a full body positive emotional experience. Heart is central, that's true! In the Connecting stage of COACH you can connect Head (clear mind/ wisdom centre), Heart ( compassionate, emotional guidance), and Belly (rooted gut intelligence for survival and action). The final H is Holding or Hospitable and Here...though Robert frequently says 'Ready' . It is 'Holding' the centred, grounded open-hearted , wisdom-guided state in readiness, welcoming each circumstantial moment as it arises. 😊
