Thank you Sir. I did not installed that wamp server thing, only the two Visual C++ and it solved my problem! Premiere media encoder and after working again! Saved my day.

Hey after doing all this , when I open the localhost I does not respond any thing and If I open the desktop icon of wampserver I blinks many times and suddenly dissapear what should I do now
