Where I am practically no one is a space nerd except for me, but most people know that it was indeed the Russians who got to space first maybe not because we won because of the moon, but definitely to space. In movies, history books, and in school it’s emphasized.

America did win, because in a race it doesnt matter who was first for the longest but rather, who reaches the finish line first. Now in Space there really isn't a finish line, but the moon landings are the largest achievement by humanity in Space. If some other nation manages to top that, they would become the winner, but as of now, America is in the lead.

@@LiterallyMe05 Practically speaking, there was no benefit for the moon landings other than propaganda, because that was the main point of the race. On the grand scheme of things, humanity as a whole won the space race and have benefited from it. By the time Sergei Korolev died(he dreamt for the Soviets to land on the moon). JFK even had a speech expecting the very first man on the moon would have been a Soviet, but that clearly was not the case as their chief director for their Space program as he(Sergei Korolev) died 3 years prior to the moon landing which dealt a heavy blow on the Soviet effort in the race, once replaced by Vasily Mishin and Valentin Glushko, their objective changed to putting a man on the moon to exploring other planets and refining their rocket technology instead. There were fatalities during training, test flight, and space flights on both sides. If you are well informed about the Space race, the United States had more fatalities than what the Soviets had experienced during the entire race. So anyone arguing that the Soviets didn't care for their subjects would be immediately refuted. Nevertheless- how one would perceive which country won the space race is relative. In terms of who pioneered and achieved the firsts during the race, the USSR beats the USA no doubt. When it came to putting the very first person into a celestial body and who won the Cold war, it's definitely the United States. If we go beyond the Cold war, NASA still uses Russian Soyuz rockets to launch their astronauts in space, however that might change later in the future. We still feel the repercussions of the First World War. Over a hundred years later, wars do tend to leave a mark, a hot or a cold one.

Except you don’t. I visited Berlin and the whole time they practically shoved the agenda that the Nazis were a Catholic army in your face. Sure, Pius ended up recognizing Hitler’s power, but he had no choice. Bavarian Catholics voted adamently in favor of the continuation of Weimar, while Northern Protestants elected Hitler. Nazis massacred hundreds of thousands of Catholic Poles and thousands of German Clergy. But history is written by the globalists, so we can pretend the Nazis were all Catholic and go on with our day. Tldr: Germany absolutely does not teach its own history.

Point being; you can’t say “it wasn’t us it was the other guys” then call that “learning your history”
