Mike had enough smarts to pick his battles lol We all know the story when Cartwright got tired of being bullied and told MJ to cut it out or he'd break both his legs.
Yeah if youre a casual into pushing fake narratives like most of you old heads are. Refs have gotten soft, make bad calls, sometimes are unreasonable, but you guys love to exaggerate. Something happens here and there and you folks try to push a whole narrative behind it.
You can see Mike fortify himself mentally to facedown a real monster of a man. It was literally the only option or bow down. We know he wasn't going to bow down.
What a lot of people don't realize is that the eye test loves him, advanced stats loves him, he had a knee injury halfway into his career, and entered the league at 26.
MJ knew he had to return the Admiral’s stare because he couldn’t back down, but you could see he was thinking “I don’t know if I want to pick this battle”
MJ telling the refs what to do and they just listen to him. Of course youll win 6 titles with control like that .. Ill never forget the clip of the ref pleading with Michael letting him know he'll get the calls right then proceeding to give him a phantom call just because Mike was bitching 😂
dawg? Remember the Detroit pistons in the early 90s, where were these 'refs' then huh? Michael Jordan was an obsessive, ultra competitive alpha who did whatever it took to win so stfu
@@_trm_4339 this point is null. the refs called even 'tikky tak' fouls that series. it was called a foul every time he got hit, it's just that he got hit often and hard. doesn't mean he got maligned by the refs just because the pistons decided to hit him harder than the average foul on purpose in order to stop him from driving.
Lol at some of these dudes in the comments. Its like the hate for MJ run so deep because they heard a few stories and now they wanna be talking about how this dude could kick MJ's ass. Like 🙄 ummm okay. And? What does that even fucking mean?
hot take: David Robinson was hands down the strongest player in nba history, not shaq, check me if I’m wrong but David was probably the toughest and strongest looking player of the 90,s
@@CruzswaggBro why are you taking GD Highlights video why couldn't I take a clip from the NBA. You clearly did it on purpose you did nothing. The only thing you did was type "Made by me" which is a lie
It seemed like the big guy got pissed they MJ didn't shake his hand then tried to intimidate him but it didn't really work as he did admire MJ, so this clip is really taken out of context.
