Adam, for months I've been thinking you need to up the quality of how the podcast is setup, but the mention of how artists feel like they are having a real conversation with you, not noticing the camera, it has made me realize that you need to keep things simple, lowkey. It's part of the magic of No Jumper.

When "working for free" you have to account for 2 laws. The law of compensation and the law of increased return. I won't go further than that. But in the book your right to be rich, they touch on this subject. But you must know you have to render more service than your being paid to be rendering and trust that your time is coming. Once it does the checks for all the "overtime" you've put in will be worth it. Trust. It's not working for free. The checks are just coming way in the future. That's for anyone who thinks they're doing it for free. Keep your head up

I love this video, as a photographer and sometimes videographer, I had to and still do a lot of free work and it does suck and establishing yourself is very hard unless you randomly get lucky and link with the right people early. Visual arts is more of a passion than a job and anyone in this field knows that.
