mike white on that 4th down conversion after he got shook up made me so happy. i think he is our guy. he has the ability to step up and be clutch. mentally he is there, i think he just needs more reps with receivers.

I don't know how I stumbled across this clip, but it's interesting seeing the game from the other side. As a Vikings fan, I was just about having a heart attack thinking the Jets were gonna score. Hard fought game all the way around.

Name Mike White starter rest of the year. He earned it. Guy took a beating yesterday, left his heart on the field & took blame for redzone struggles. Do the right thing. Was there yesterday, our stadium was LOUD but Mike White put up a fight I thought for sure up 20-3 that was the game but the Vikings always find a way to give us a heart attack. Very fun game

This loss was Lafleur was not calling good plays this game. White did what he was told, and it did not work. This game I saw a little bit of F it go deep.

Some teams go 3 years and not escape one game like this. The 2022 Vikings have done it NINE times and still 5 games left. The way Vikings escaped Jets very similar how Lions, Cardinals, Redskins, Bills and Patriots let the Vikings off the hook. Poor decisions or endless unforced errors by the Lions, Cardinals, Redskins, Bills and Jets. Lucky officiating also helped against Redskins and Patriots. Week 4 vs. Saints late 4th qtr Vikings trailing 22-19 would have punted but Saints Tyrann Mathieu called for ‘phantom’ push to facemask which kept TD drive alive. By the way the Saints three main offensive starters Jameis Winston (QB), Alvin Kamara (RB) and Michael Thomas (WR) didn't even play. Bills without 5 defensive starters. Week 5 11:57 left Chicago would’ve claimed a 26-21 lead on a Justin Fields 52-yard keeper but negated on an iffy push behind the back penalty. Vikings’ Cameron Dantzler admitted he faked the fall and the refs fell for it. Doesn’t mean Vikings lose if Fields TD counted but Bears had to settle for a FG. A 22-21 deficit easier to overcome than 26-21. Week 6 Vikings huge break at Miami because Dolphins 1st-string sensation QB Tua Tagovailoa injured. Because Vikings beat Green Bay 23-7 Week 1 not gonna include that as lucky but Packers’ Christian Watson dropping a sure TD pass certainly set the tone and reflects how the Vikings week after week have become the best escape artists of all time. No team in NFL history has ever been 10-2 in games like this!

Looking at that play again where Moore was open…mike made a perfect throw but Wilson got tripped by the corner so he was late to it 😔 the red didn’t call anything for us yesterday

Discovered this channel by accident. Gotta say you all are spot on with not being able to get it in from the 1 and a half yard line but you are also correct in the failed 4th down before the half in which Minnesota got 3 cheap points. If not for that the score would have been 24-22 Vikings, then you could just run, run, run and make them use their timeouts and kick a FG to go up 25-24...maybe that score holds...maybe it doesn't. Regardless it gives the Jets the lead. From there, who knows what happens. Shitty game management cost them in the end. Coaches most certainly lost this game, not the players.

Definitely Mike White should be starter. Even though we lost he fought to comeback. He is not to be blamed completely. They had so many opportunities but in crucial situations the Receivers were not holding onto ball. The last one where Berrios dropped a TD could of sealed it and gave The Jets a win. MW threw for 345 yards. If Wilson played he probably throw for 50 yards and 5 interceptions. MW 1st INT was not his fault. The 2nd one was a beautiful pass but he looked to his receiver for too long so they jumped the route and picked him off. Another thing is MW took some blame for the loss. Even though it’s not completely his fault he took blame that is what you call a team leader.

LaFleur may quite possibly be just as bad as Zach Wilson. Mike White deserved that win. The team deserved that win. Totally pathetic goal line offense.

Minnesota has a new GM and a new Head Coach. A new system on offense as well as defense. No one expected them to be 10 and 2. So the way I see it, the Vikings are playing with house money. The Vikings won again, and on a day when Cousins couldn't hit a moving bus. Cousins had a really bad day. Cousins was uncomfortable all day and it showed. But he still made the throws when it really counted. The Jets are good, no doubt about it. Put up a good fight. Cursing out the Jets players and coaching staff is embarrassing to listen too. Minnesota has beat better teams than the Jets. The Jets are not the first team that came away wondering how they lost. The Vikings just find ways to win games. It's not always pretty. It's the "W" that matters.

A few things, You shouldn't always look at the refs, I referee high school, and JUCO.. I will be the first to tell you, WE DON'T SEE EVERYTHING.... I'm not saying refs don't deserve blame, but You have to understand we aren't robots, We are human..They don't see penalties from the sky view camera like we do on CBS....ALSO them going for it on 4th down is a HEAD COACH decision, Not an OC... As an extension of that, The OC wasn't calling short routes like you think he was on 3rd, and Long....In football you have several routes that go to the sticks (1st down line) then you have "checkdowns" those are options to someone shorter who can possibly make a play when defenders are deep on their man, Depending on the linebacker, They might work if the "checkdown" receiver can make some people miss.... I say all that to say, Those are 1 of 2 things, QB decided he didn't like what he saw, or Just great coverage.... I was very entertained by this game, Y'all played one hell of a game, and I will be pulling for y'all the rest of the way into the playoffs..Give Mike White a break, Nobody even thought he would be as good as he is currently, Just gotta find a way to win, and Unfortunately WE were the team that found a way to win 🤷🏻‍♂️ Good game #SkolToTheBowl

I was freaking nauseous all day after I watched that game. Jets totally deserved that win.. Mike White should be proud of himself and the Whole Jets team.. now Justin Jefferson said he was gonna burn Sauce and He pretty much got shut down by a 5'9 DJ Reed and SAUCE was on him as well as they switched up.. 45 yards is what he had total and 1 lucky TD.. The Jets on paper especially in the second half beat Minneapolis up especially with our defense and Legatron kicking 60 yarders.. look at Garrett Wilson's numbers, not to mention it would of been a TD if his foot didn't graze the chalk line.
