Although I'm a cat person, I 100% agree with the sentiment of adopting an older pet from a shelter. My cat now is 16 years old, and when she sadly passes, I plan on going to the shelter and looking for the ones that have been there the longest and/or the oldest. There's nothing better than giving a senior animal (dog, cat, lizard, whatever) a loving, comfortable home for the remainder of its years. No animal should die behind a steel cage or chain link fence.

I was tagged a while ago and was struggling with what my answers would be, because I don’t really do the whole ‘curling up in bed with grandma’s quilt and a cup of tea’ thing while reading 🙃 I was planning on changing the answers to movies, but yours and Olive’s version of the tag offered a new perspective on the questions, so thank you for that!
