This is Part 3 of John's 'common sense' guide to meditation, where he gives clear direction on the use of a mantra. The principle of meditation is to have a focus other than thinking about your worries and problems. In effect, it's like waking from a dream. This was recorded at one of the 'breakfast chats' on a retreat, and we thank the guests for allowing us to release it for everyone.
