Ray, Benji and Mickey decided to vote OTT out of the company but the company house is under OTT name. They took countermeasure in potentially being blocked by OTT from accessing the house if things goes sideway so they removed everything from the house for safekeeping.

to be clear, this is not because of what happen with January. OTT pissed off everyone in the company before his issue w her occur. he got on benji for ocean dumping a corpse and how benji keep bending the company rules, got on mickey for the exit survey and the war thing that initially cause mickey to want to leave, call ray lazy and tried to control kj weed op.
