A more balanced way to do this would be to have fixed roles, like role queue, but each round you'd be assigned a random role and then every death would be a random hero in that role.

U call that long queue? nah this is! 3h41m15s Total mayhem (Season 1) 3h48m42s No limits (season 3) However Total mayhem queue started at 4:11:42 am (22 november) and No limits queue started at 5:53:03 am (10 march) Sure it is late at night, but I know others that got 5-10 min queues or even 40 min queues at the same time (I asked in chat ingame) lol mmr is not always very nice :P
