The summon of Carrie from deck or grave is MANDATORY, so if you draw too many gold pride names, don’t search carrie to add start your engines at all (if you can’t activate it, it’s not worth searching), add Leon or Nytro head instead.
Good video ive got 1 recommendation as well as a question. For the recommendation, I seen a lot of combo guides do blind test hands where you draw your five and combo from there. I feel thats a good inclusion to any combo guide as you get to show possible hands with the deck as well as be more at the mercy of rng opposes to ideally opening certain 1, 1.5, or 2 card combos. As for the question, does your family support you play yugioh as a hobby? I heard a door creak so it made me wonder. I know personally my family wasnt very supportive of me "wasting" my time until i started college in which they have become a lot more lenient.
I’ve always associated test hands with deck profiles (I plan on including them in all my future ones), but I might do a follow up video that does some test hands at some point. My father is quite supportive of my Yugioh endeavors. He used to question my commitment to the Trading Card Gaming lifestyle, but he’s started to come around after seeing my dedication.
Love the video never realized how simple this deck was, I do however find it ironic that you have a nib playmate, what happens if you get nib after 5th summon (right after fusions eff)

Really clearly explained :). Only a couple of questions. With the Rank 8 play, do you ever make Hope Harbinger over Photon Lord? More of a deck question, but why TCOON over CGW? And then is Nytro Head ever better to foolish with BLNT than Baller?
I’m glad you liked the video! To answer your questions, if I’m not fearing nibiru it’s much better to go for Hope Harbinger in a lot of matchups, but especially against Branded and Runick decks. Photon Lord only destroys if it’s got a Galaxy card under it so it’s only super useful as hand trap insurance that as a part of your end board. Crowd Goes Wild is a fine card, but I feel like I’d have to add more Gold Pride names to my deck to make it work (I’m currently on 7 ATM) and I’d have to change my build a lot to make it work. I rarely dump Nytro Head off Chariot, but I do when I have access to Baller + Leon. If you already have Carrie access, Nytro head is a good search off of better luck, especially in games 2 and 3. That’s probably the only thing I forgot to mention in the combo guide.
@@RamenNoodlesTCGOk, I see. So Photon Lord is more if you fear hts/non-engine, but otherwise Hope Harbinger is the better option. Am I understanding that correctly? Right, that makes sense. TCOON also means more names in deck for SYE as well ig. Is Nytro Head just not as good in terms of disruption then, compared to Baller/Leon?
@@iamnotmandjtv yep you got it. Nytro head is good disruption in some matchups, like Kashtira, Sky striker and @ignister, but generally the mass monster removal of pin baller is better.
@6:12 Correct me if i’m wrong, but aren’t you not able to fuse from both hand and field? Sharakusai’s effect states hand OR field, not hand AND/OR field. Roller Baller is also worded this way.

@@Xarf93 That’s actually a very interesting question. As a casual enjoyer of custom cards I’ve done my fair share of PSCT analysis. After reading over a bunch of cards there doesn’t seem to be any discernible pattern between cards that say “or” vs “and/or”. For ruling purposes though, the two conjunctions work the same way. There is effectively no difference between “or” & “and/or”, but I could not figure out exactly why these sorts of cards are worded differently. Thats just one of an (admittedly small) pool of examples of inconsistencies in PSCT from the card design team.
Generally you can summon your 2 level 3 monsters with rising carp and then summon deer note with extreme session, but keep in mind that rising carp summons from deck OR hand.
Your opponent can activate Effect Veiler on the summon of Rising Carp. If you try Carp on res, it’s still negated. Veiler works like Imperm; not like Skill Drain.
The reality is that Yugioh sucks and it’s full of problems, and a lot of us are just enduring because we love the game but I agree with nearly everything he said , and I currently play the game and it’s frustrating actually, and don’t get me started on trying to bring people in the game , I wouldn’t even know how to explain certain interactions to a new player , their brain will literally melt lol
