Bro, I'm watching your series right now and finally I feel like I can make music. I finally feel like I can really be the producer I've always dreamed of being. You've completely changed my life. Thank you so much, seriously. Cannot wait to finish this series and completely master serum. In turn this has also taught me a lot about mastering and other plugins as well. Changing the game for me for real.
Thanks so much for the master serum series. It's such a complex plugin and you are the best at explaining it. Please do even 20 more videos about serum 👍😅
You're really fast at moving the mouse etc. I feel like a snail when I'm navigating. Am guessing you can just bang out new sounds like a machine on the daily. Like make a whole sample pack in about a few hours lol. Nice work again.
I heard that in serum, 1% is not equal to 1st. If you want to do 12st, you need to go find the option that allows you to type exact values, then type in the value "12st", then it will translate into the proper %
Zen one quick tip for you as a token of my appreciation for how much you've taught me over this series. Vice versa does not mean what you think it means. Et cetera is the word you're looking for ;)
like all things seeing them aint enough, you need to work with it if you want something. the noise section is a good example, i dont think i'll be using it much but its better to learn useless things than to learn nothing dont know how to do the configure thing in fl, i think it only works in ableton, but thats fine, i wont really be using the mod anytime soon, im selling presets yet nor do i feel like recording things, wont be too bad. mono and legato was easily explained, portamento and legato is a must, i currently dont see any use for mono right now, scaled and curve doesnt too much for me either, always still confuses me a bit but tis fine matrix was greatly explained, and to me its now easily understandable. when i put an lfo on the low part of the multiband compressor i couldnt see the depth, it was all on the matrix! it look all complicated, but it aint nothing this one has been mastered
