It's already sold out on IST, I bought one and watched it go Unavailable immediately after. If you want one, you need to find it elsewhere. OPB still has it.

Yeah, they collected Aphrodite IX a while back. I believe I have the 1st printing. A big issue regarding Top Cow is the length in wait for reprints and to some extent the quality in terms of long term durability. This was also prevalent in the past where there was a massive trade gap between the Witchblade origins & the later issues by Ron Marz TPBs. This forcing a dip to get the Compendiums. They also do campaigns for The Darkness & hopefully we continue to have these editions for all of their series.

As a fan of Witchblade, I encourage you to do so. Sara has a lot going for her & having her grow as a character is astounding. I also encourage you to get as much as you can of the Top Cow universe as you get the full story. Or rather, mostly full story. As due to copyright & trademarks, characters such as Lara Croft & Aspen Matthews don't show up. And towards the end of the OG series there are some stuff left unanswered. I won't say more than that.

Just wait for Ron Marz era. It’s comic storytelling and artwork at its finest. The T&A goes away and the story blows up. It’s amazing.

@TheSeraphimArtist I picked up the two Darkness books as well. I loved the first game and always wanted to read the comics so I thought I would read it and Witchblade together.

@@collectingmemoriesyt Those two games are amazing from what I saw. Didn't have the chance to play them but I hear those voices whenever I read The Darkness. In case you weren't aware, aside from Witchblade, The Darkness & Aprodite IX, you also have titles such as The Magdelena, The Necromancer, Angelus, Broken Trinity, The Artifacts Saga, and to some extent Cyber Force & Hunter/Killer. It's a lot if you want to get a majority of the full story. Especially in the Artifacts saga as only 3/4 of that story was collected as trades. The last 10 are singles that read more as episodic short stories with no connection to the overarching story & doesn't go anywhere. In any event, I hope that with the return of the OG series we either get a continuation or at least answers to what was left incomplete.

I Hope they reprint darkness vol 1 it’s near impossible to find the hc here in Europe!
