It is like saying you won't sell bread because you can't get exclusive seller rights, but yet bread is still selling and being made because it is useful. The only market that is held captive is right here in the U.S.. The rest of the world reverse engineers it and sells it by demand, which is why they demand exclusivity here, which is why it should not be allowed anymore because it is simply a National betrayal by someone with a pen and paper and no accountability for their decisions.
