This girl takes being delusional to a whole new level. She's actually blaming her victim for her own death. In her mind because she wasn't a good person it's alright that she killed her. It amazes me that she really believes that all her actions were justified because she loves him. She convinced herself that he loved her when he repeatedly showed her with his actions that he didn't have any feelings for her. He even told her the only thing he could offer her is a comfortable life. She was so heartless. The most devastating part for her is finally realizing that he NEVER loved her. It was a crushing defeat and I loved every minute of it.

Shiyi is the only one who deserves to be his wife, the only one he has ever loved. This is why forced wives and concubines dont work. It cruel and unnecessary and often not the choice of the man or the women involved.

Till the end she doesn't realize her mistakes and thinks she has done something great for her love. She thinks of herself the most pitiful person in the world. What I couldn't understand is how does she think killing his wife and unborn child will make him love her and when she say this, how come she can keep her face look like pity or innocent.😡

I swear she can distort the truth. Yeah Yuanniang framed her but she doesn't seem to process that Yuanniang was already dying when she set her up. She new she was up to no good. Too bad it wasn't brought up to Great Madam that Lianfang purposely used Princess Danyang unborn child to hurt Shiyi. As you can see I still blame Great Madam.

Kudos to the actress playing Liangfang because I freaking HATE her (character lol) - it’s going to be some while before I can watch her in another drama, especially one where she’s a good character as I won’t believe it for a second 😂

At first I felt sorry for this woman but as the show went on we find out that not only did she want Shiyi out of the way but was the cause of Yuanniang's death. Even the attempt at killing a child that is one very emotionally disturbed woman. Limerence is an emotional and obsessive attachment towards this man aided and abetted first by her mother and then the Lords mother. It is characterized by intrusive preoccupation and a strong desire for reciprocation of one's feelings. These kinds of people are dangerous as we have seen right the way through this show. Her gentle and seemingly innocent persona is false and it takes work to keep that persona going especially if they have the dark side fighting to be let out and once out nothing absolutely nothing will deter them from their target. Through out the entire show she never once blamed the male if indeed he needed to be blamed which he didn't he was quite clear about his feelings and in his prior behaviour towards her. Not once had he ever entertained the notion. You couldn't get a more clear message if the man you married won't even spend your wedding night together, never once consummated the marriage. Then the only conclusion is he does not like you. To blame Shiyi was awful because she to was brought into this and never had a say in it. Out of the two of them one was filled with bitterness and hate the other was a gentle woman she was well liked intelligent and knew who she was. Even through all the trials amd attacks on her she rose above it and his Lordship who did not want to be married slowly fell in love and she in return healed his family and give him the love and home and family he had always wanted. This concubine would have still continued on in her evil ways because that is her persona the real one and you can only control your bad side for so long
