Thanks! YES I actually do :) Get rid of that long intro. I've used intros in the past and they "might" be good for branding if done right but in your case I think it hurts it and it's too long. So I would just cut it down to a 3 second intro or take it out completely. And also, if you can make it 1080p that would help too :) Try those two things and see how your watch times increase ^^
