Side eye guys video really just changed everything for me. Ive always been creeped out of that house, but the current owner has made it very clear they want money and thats all they care about. The merch shop is absolutely hilarious to me, but everything else just ruins the house for me. Its not creepy anymore, now its just a very very VERY overpriced, old house that is NOT up to code.
Listening to Jason Hewes talking with SEG about how much work he did on that house was wild. Like that place is genuinely falling apart and without him around to help her anymore, it's just going to get worse until it changes hands. It's actually really sad watching a piece of history deteriorate cuz the owner is delusional.
The "conjuring house" is a cow that's been milked dry. Plenty of other interesting places - much more interesting places, to experience for a reasonable price, without the phoney-baloney Warren-lore attached. And that shirt is epic.
Specially when you can get much bigger locations for a quarter of the cost. Go look at the price for some of the giant sanitariums and prisons and the like. Most of them are way less.

ANY investigator who signs her contract is an epic fool for doing so and deserves whatever the fall-out might be and of course losing a 💩ton of hard earned money. That contract alone should tell you ALL you need to know about her and her business practice. If the new owner can’t or won’t see the writing on the wall that she is done for in the paranormal world, then she deserves EVERYTHING coming at her ten-fold. Her contract alone should be the subject of a lawsuit in and of itself. It’s a very pathetic situation she has created, not to mention toxic AF.
I am a volunteer at a haunted museum in Buffalo NY called Iron Island Museum. We are family oriented, affordable, we don't price gouge, we allow filming, we don't yell at our visitors, we hope that they have a paranormal experience but we never guarantee it, we always appreciate people coming to our museum! We have been on many national TV shows, and never let that go to our head. We are a bunch of volunteers that truly love our hauntingly charming museum. I hope one day, maybe you can come to Buffalo and check it out! I've always wanted to get into ghost investigation. My sister and I are planning on doing our own investigation at some point. That might be a location we have to check out.
I watched his video the other day (side eye) I couldn't believe the cost. The historian was great. I feel for the families who were slandered in the name of wanting money by the Warren's, the Perrons and others. Not to mention Jackie breaks her own contracts by saying no falsification of history blah blah number 6 on her list lol. This is so sad because lots of people would like to go there just for the history.
SEG's breakdown (takedown actually) of the absolute bs that the CJ is shoveling is a thing of beauty. Basically it's a total scam from top to bottom (no actual paranormal history on the property, no witch, no hauntings etc) and it's a definite wakeup call for all paranormal channels to get their shit together and keep it real.
Anything connected with that house that has anything to do or brought about with respect to the Warrens is suspect as they were shady AF with ANY of their investigations should be declared BS.
Anyone believing the claims on that property it to begin with is a complete fool simply because the Warrens had their hand in it. Complete and utter BS - all of it.
I'm just so sad my son and I won't be able to investigate the Conjuring house. Its been taking off our bucket list. I cannot afford that outrageous price tag 😔
Plenty of better places to investigate. There's probably nothing there anyway, everyone from the Warrens on down have been debunked. Plenty of better places.
I doubt it’s haunted anyway. If someone is making money off of an establishment by saying that it’s haunted, chances are 99.9% that it is absolutely not. Look through your local areas to see if you can’t find places that sound more plausible

So i reread a book because i remembered something. Look up Kristin Lee. She wrote a book about the conjuring house in 2021. She spend years as doing Seances at The Conjuring house when she was the owner. In her book all of the things that they now talk about existing within the conjuring house she talks about I say this because before that book came out none of these things were said in any book of the Paranormal about that location. After the films came out that's when these rumors got very big. I do not believe that the current owner got any of these ideas from her own head given the fact that this book exists and Kristen Lee tells people that she is a psychic medium and Channeler. She sold the house to Jackie because she couldn't afford it which does not surprise me that the prices are through the roof now because if the first woman couldn't afford it Jackie couldn't either neither of them have the income to do the maintenance and upkeep on the house which is why Kristin sold it and why before they sold it she and her family stopped living in the upstairs. I am pretty sure that some of the demon stories that Kristen wrote about or just her drunk step son stumbling around upstairs because he is documented to be a drinker and would drink constantly. You know the whole demons in the upstairs banging around that came from her stepson stumbling around while he was too intoxicated.
To be clear, if anyone is going there and not filming content, it’s $900. That place is booked out until 2025. Sundays and Mondays are reserved for content creators only.
The sane thing can be said about 30 east drive it's nothing more than a cash grab in all of the videos I've seen on you tube including yours and most haunted absolutely nothing happened to make me wanna go there 😂
Jason is on the tube again with another issue that's popped up with a worker that got sacked. The owner is away with the loonies, or could we say she's been possessed by the spirits she's pissed off? The whole situation is fubar around that place with her.
Just as an example I can book the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield Ohio at last check for $1500 on a weekday with a way larger amount of people, no restrictions on channels filming, a standard waiver and the best part being a WAY bigger location where nobody will be tripping over each other and a way better chance of possibly catching something paranormal. Split that coast between 10 people and you're spending $150 apice for an all around better location - and the majority of the fee goes back into restoration and preservation of the prison. It would be a no brainer for me on where I would go.🤷
Hey Beardo I actually watched the SEG’s video and did my math. When I fly home to America from Scotland to visit my family I like a nice two nights away with my best friend, we have stayed at posh hotels in California with two room suites or Airbnbs for much less and actually enjoy myself. I was SHOCKED! An extra $800 for a second channel is greedy AF! That $800 for an extra channel buys a lot of BETTER adventures, paranormal investigations or luxury nights with your favorite people. Then I’d STILL not have spent the original $1500 (on a Monday for one night), I could upgrade my flight back to Scotland…hire an Aston Martin instead of an economy car etc. This is RIDICULOUS! Then for the channels that paid to be there all this could be scrapped and your money taken? Hell no! I’d be getting a lawyer myself. Basically SHE PROVIDES A SERVICE! But she has a lot of other rules that are insane. I’ve read her site… aside all mentioned bring your own water, snacks, no alcohol, , no smoking etc not even outside, etc etc I wanted to see the house one day, not so much anymore especially because she’s a whack job and more so because the shine is off the diamond…. I hope she’s up for foreclosure soon and someone cares for the house BTW, if she’s so picky about the videos produced, why let some of these little boys who call themselves paranormal investigators run around like three year olds? Hmmmph!
Thanks for making this public knowledge, along with Cartoon Head 😂. I was thinking of organising a trip over with a group of friends. Conjuring House is no longer on the list. It would be very interesting to see the difference in how the Hinsdale House is run as that is also on my list to visit.

I think us Australians have greatly contributed to the history of fuck and it's the expansion of its use. "He's a funny fuck" "The chance of that happening is fuck all and none" I can use fuck in any context in place of many words - I think it's from when our ancestors were transported here (I had male and females ancestors arrive on the First Fleet) - they looked at the bushfire burning (there was a bushfire the day of arrival) along side the swampy bit of land, the Aboriginals staring at them, the sun BEATING down on them in the middle of summer with temperatures they could never have conceived of with their Irish and English heritage and went "This is FUCKED". It stayed with us haha.
I didn't even realize that they turned a huge portion of the house into a gift shop.... if that place really WAS haunted, the ghosts would be mighty upset by that. Either that or they'd lose all connection.
This hurts my heart to see how money hungry some is to use and abuse such an amazing historical place and run it into the ground as a huge JOKE!!!! If there was anything there spirit wise they done left cause crazy done ran them out of there. I’m laughing because there have been “sightings” of Bigfoot in Rhode Island. I remember when it was listed for sale and it was said that it was already booked out for a year at that time. I wish I had the money because I would move in and make it my home.

Massachusetts resident here.....I live right up the road from Lizzy Borden house in one direction and the jail she was in in the other direction..... you'd be better off going to the Lizzie Borden house and then go film the jail. You could even go to her gravesite, it'd be a whole day for far less and I'm pretty sure they allow any video taping, although I believe it has changed hands since I was going to go back after having done the whole tour when I was in high school and the house was privately owned, however the museum was open, and when I was going to go just for the walk through and they didn't even charge for that. But I think that guy has since sold it. It's still a better visit than what I've seen come out of the Con-House 😂
They don't even let you sleep in the beds there for what you pay. You can lay on top of them, but you can't sleep in them prob to avoid taxes of some kind.
From what I heard on Jason Hawes channel, the owner also owns Eastern State Pennitentiary. I was wondering why I wasn't seeing any paranormal groups filming there lately.
It’s crazy seeing how bad the new owners have ruined the reputation of the house. Even if RU-vidrs videos were fake it still had this scary aura and reputation, now it lost it completely.
You're absolutely right, Beardo. This lady should do herself a favor and hire 1) A person skilled in PR 2) A manager who knows what they are doing, who brings the fees down to payable values, and the house would be booked every day of the year, she could rake in money. What she is doing now is, in my opinion, damaging her business. SEG's video is excellent , as usual.
Never was worth it. Even with the past owners, with the Warren's as influencers, etc., not at all ... A damn shame a structure as this was immediately cast as a haunted place, when in all probability any aspect there was minor.

The Conjuring House history was all lies that led to the vile desecration of a grave based on fiction. The one family that created the whole haunted story is nuts. Just liars. It was never haunted. Nothing they say happened to make it haunted even happened. Period. The friggin movie is the only thing that made it famous. It's unfortunate. Very ugly side of the whole paranormal industry. Sad. It's such a cool historical house just as it is, and it's being allowed to rot away from neglect. 😔

It sounds to me that Nunez took on way too much debt, has not managed her money well, and now has no operating capital needed to run a business-i.e, she stops paying her employees. Then starts WAY overcharging, thus cutting her cash paid, daily or weekly visitors. I’ve seen it happen many times over my life.

Hey Beardo and all, Mythos put out a vid the other day showing a 3D walk around of the whole conjuring house if anyone is interested. It is cool to see every nook and crany of the place regardless of what you think about it....peace.
How can they say no crossing over of spirits? That’s an important part of spiritual work. If the spirit needs help they should be able to get it. These people care nothing for the spirits or for genuine paranormal investigators who want to find proof of the afterlife. They only care for what they can milk these places for.👻
I'm with you, Beardo. That lady needs to go. I haven't watched a single Con House video since Sam and Colby's. She turned me off. I don't like the staff to be featured so heavily in videos. It always feels like a distraction.
The current owner is running the place into the ground and It's heartbreaking! When someones head gets so big and heawy the bridge wont take it and fall into the river. Is she starting to charge rent from the spirits too? I bet that the spirits is going to let this great place fall to pieces. Don't she know how to run a buisness? I feel sorry for the paranormal community. Soon the only ones who wants to rent the place is for tapdancing, linedancing and squaredancing partys. It's a real shame.
I'd love to go there, but it's too far, too expensive, and too much drama. The ghosts (if there are any) will still be there if/when someone else takes ownership of the house, assuming its still standing. I'm happy to wait, there's plenty of other places on my list to get through in the meantime.
