What killed me was Lorraine witnessing with her OWN eyes the demon entering the the man. So why was she acting brand new at the hospital when Ed broke the news about the boy being possessed??? Like whhaaa
I haven't even seen this movie yet but you guys remind me of my uncles trying to tell me about a movie they saw the week before and they both forget some parts so they have to supplement eachother's info as they go, which is strangely comforting
I thought this was decent enough, but it was a bit too dry for me at times. The lack of James Wan really hurt this one. There were some moments that were done well enough, like the one you mentioned with Lorraine at the morgue. I also really liked the opening. And the ending was fine enough. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga were both good, but the movie as a whole was inconsistent, and parts of it were a bit corny. It was fine enough for what it was but it was a step down for sure in this series. Great review!!
I just wanted to say this is my absolute favorite movie review/spoiler channel. I do love both of you, you guys bring so much to these reviews. I hope you guys never quit your channel, I always look forward to your reviews, yall crack me up so much! Oh and Joseph is a forest fire! Just saying! :)) Anyway, thank you for all the effort yall put into this channel! Much love from East Texas!
I think this review set a record for Nick's eye rolls. Thanks for confirming what I expected this movie would be like. I'm also really enjoying your podcasts. As always thanks for posting. Much love
I started describing things as "crunchy" and I blame y'all. ❤️ Love the podcast so far. So glad I can just have this movie spoiled for me so I can eat my pretzel butted in peace tonight.
I'm not interested in the film, but I am delighted that you two FINALLY watched a movie in the cinema together. Life is starting to return to normal and at least you had a date night. 💕 From Ireland 🇮🇪🍀💋 Edit: Johnny Deep! 🤣
I remember when me and my husband watched this movie at the theater someone walked out and yelled “this movie is shit” 😂 it was funny because it was but this happened not even 15 minutes into the movie.
My first trip back to theaters, and it was for this atrocity of a film. I am not a happy gay. (I KNEW I should have went with my instincts and went to A Quiet Place 2.) Great review!
I remember watching maybe the first or second Conjuring, and expected to be terrified because I am a wimp, but I was actually kind of bored. I don't think I'll be rushing to see this one, but as usual I LOVED hearing your recap and review!!!
Funny review. I think I’ll watch it on HBO Max. Not ready for the theater yet. I thought Conjuring 2 was creepy and had some great scares. Unfortunately, The Nun ruined one of the creepiest aspects, of Conjuring 2. Hugs ❤️!
I went into the movie with really low expectations so I was surprised to find that it was not as bad as I anticipated! Some parts were interesting and it looked good and Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are quality actors so it turned out to be a decent little horror flick
It was good but didn’t compare to the last two. It was predicable as I knew what was going to happen beforehand. I do love the chemistry from the main characters.
I heard about the real story behind the latest “Conjuring” movie. So because I know what happened in the trial, I’ll probably skip this one. Great review, tho; I liked the movie trailer. Thanx, Fish Jelly📰👍🏼
You don't have to be religious to enjoy a good possession film. Nope, this film just....wasn't good. I think the murdered man was behaving so ridiculously because (in real life) Arnie got off on self defence. The Warrens were full of shite
What fool would think that's a relevant justification to present to the judiciary? The Warrens. I enjoyed the first two films. Two outta of three ain't bad. 😊
Fun and funny review as always, thank you! I think perhaps it was actually Nightmare On Elm Street 4 that y'all were thinking of with the waterbed. The character was seduced by a girl swimming inside the waterbed.🙂
I wont be watching this film. I liked the others, and I really really liked La Llorona. But this .... its just doesn't seem to have the same blue print as the others I think. Its not for me. Thanks for the upload, I love hearing the storyline of all these different movies ye review 😉.
this movie was a let down for me. I was fully prepared to be scared seeing this movie but I wasnt. Especially hearing that this was the last installment of the conjuring sequel! wow. The storyline was just confusing, it wasn't really well executed in my opinion and kind of stupid. The exorcisms done in the movie also reminded me too much of the exorcist which isn't a good thing lol. Funny that one of the directors or producers produced La Llorona, makes a lot of sense because that movie was also bad in my opinion
OMG 2 out of 5? I actually thought the acting from the little boy who's screams are just great lol and the contortions alone are at least a 3 lol. I actually think these shows work because of the actors that play the husband and wife. However I do believe in spirits and that there's a God so if I believe in that then I would also have to believe the opposite that there are evil spirits working against good. So one of my favorite lines comes from the husband, that the court believes in God so it's about time they also believe in the devil. I thought that was a great line. I actually thought the little boy was HIS brother, I didn't know it was his girlfriends brother so hell nah I agree, I wouldn't have been inviting anything into myself especially if we aren't related lmao. I have a question for you both tho lol. If you two were invited to go meet Annabelle not being believers (if you both aren't) would you take that invite? 👀. I gave this movie a 4 out of 5 but then again I'm a Conjuring fan. Oh and I wondered how the actual people got paid as well so that was funny.
You don’t even know the two main characters’ names and you’re reviewing and critiquing the film? Lmao 😅 ridiculous. Such an unprofessional and poor review. You guys are cute together, though. 🏳️🌈
