It's gross to me how she thinks that grooming is _only_ a romantic thing. Minors can be groomed by their friends too. Manipulation is what I would consider as a form of grooming that can vary in severity but is still deplorable. Grooming is not just a SA or romantically abusive thing. It's manipulation against a minor in any situation which it may occur. It is the act of "preparing or training someone for a particular purpose or activity". So even the excuse of "we were platonic!!" is flawed and floppily flimsy.
I don’t mind weird furries and the 3/4 of LGBTQs in the fandom, as long as they don’t touch me in a humiliating manner. Some fursuiters are known for their obsession with murrsuiting and fur piles in conventions
Yeah. While grooming is usually for sexual purposes, it can be extended to other roles not explicitly sexual in nature. e.g., a kid can be groomed to be an activist for some cause by their parents. Also, you don't have to consciously be malicious to be harmful (criminal negligence is a crime for a reason). And on another note, even if someone wasn't explicitly groomed, you can stay claim abuse and manipulation either way. Being better than the next guy only counts for so much when it comes to sexual abuse.
I’m not a furry. Closest I’ve gotten was when my boyfriend made me watch beastars. Yet I click on every single furry drama video I will ever come across. Nothing will ever fill the silence quite like commentary videos on furry incidents.
Furry drama are leagues above other fandom dramas in entertainment and rabbit holes (pun not intended) Have you seen that one about a divorce between a totally not healthy couple (including two more degenerates in the story)? Wild stuff.
@@Cappuccino_RabbitI just watched a video by Lagovirt (hopefully i’m getting the right person. the bunny guy) about that foxglove guy and peacewolf if you are talking about that.. was crazy
I was a bit skeptical about the paw tattoos symbolizing *THAT* because a lot of artists had a cutie mark as in reference to MLP, but when it was on both hips and more towards the no no spot, that's when the excuse stops.
This is the very first time I have even heard about such an accusation with paws, and I was going to have markings just like that on my OC. Now i am probably not going to put a paw on my OC because I know people will bully me for it
@@TheJaguarthChannel How bout on the thigh? Like MLP? these are on the hips, which is where a dog would mount, but the thighs are fine.Plus if you make them cartoony,it's less suggestive.
@@Ello_iz_me maybe a more cartoony style, but I really don't want it to look like it's related to MLP, it's just not my thing. Maybe on the back, but I'm really weary of having paw shape at all now. All it would take is a single misunderstanding and I could have a mob of people demanding I be banned from conventions or even lose friends. I have seen how drama snowballs in the fandom.
@@TheJaguarthChannel yeah your right.A lot of people won't listen to reason.I mean look at the animation meme community. If you put it on the head or paw it might work tho. I mean how tf is a paw marking gonna look like mounting if it's on a paw? Anyway if you don't want it add it,it's your decision.Im not gonna gatekeep your character.Im just hoping you can be happy with your character without people making drama about you.^_^
@@KerReeeeeThe job is not the problem, as their are “normal” fursuit makers out there that do make a living. It’s just that with the furry community’s lake of rules, it draws in the not so great people such as Lucky Coyote.
@@Fel_artificial sad truth to the fandom, but taht doesnt mean a lot of furries are. like, (estimate) 3%ish are zoos/pedos or whatever. people just like focusing on the weird people becasue thats how the world works :/ (sorry for bad grammar and spelling its 11pm lmao)
I've been a furry for like 7 or 8 years now, I love being in the fandom, but the people - not so much. I love making the art and making fursuits and such, but.. I hate hearing all this bullshit drama. Yes, many furries are fucking strange. But many aren't. Due to all this bullshit people do, it makes me feel ashamed to be in the community which brings me so much happiness. The fandom has opened many possibilities for me and still brings me a LOT of joy. But this stuff seems to get worse, so, I'm not sure where to go. The fandom is not the fucking place for dogf*ckers and gr00mers. Jesus..
I'm completely on your side with this. Have been in the fandom for ten years and agree with basically everything you say but i don't specifically think it's getting worse. The fandom has been full of weird people since it's beginnings, i just think people now care more about bringing the actually depraved ones into the light and acting against them to remove them from the fandom. Which is great. It just also means hearing more about these incidents which in the past might have stayed more in the shadows of their own circles. But we have to talk about them to have the possibility to act.
@@ohnothepossum you're right! I really hope we can somehow fight against this issue tho :( Not everyone cares as much about boycotting a specific creator when shit goes down
Because German shepards are bred to be incredibly obedient and aware of their owners feelings if they do something right or wrong. Unfortunately disgusting predators get their hands on these poor dogs because of that :(
I know right? It's almost never anything but a dog either. I've heard Zoos abusing cats like a few times but never anything smaller. It's almost always a dog and almost always a g sheep
@@amazingaquaticsandexotics3030 dogs might bite though, a dog if pushed far enough will bite back. But yeah cats are usually I guess more open about their discomfort
about the koolaid thing. So yes, that's a thing that people do. I've heard about it with hair. You could technically do it with a dog or cat, as long as you were SUPER careful they didn't drink any. A sip or two won't kill a cat, it might be more dangerous for dogs due to artificial flavors tho.
And I can’t vouch for anywhere else but using animal safe fur dyes isn’t unheard of here in the US. It’s not very common but every now and then you’ll see a dog with a colored heart or something in their fur. People are usually conscientious about using animal safe dye where I live in the US though.
I got harassed in an elevator because people think this is what the furry fandom is all about. It pisses me off so much that horrible people like this make us look bad. I am attracted to a few anthro characters, this is absolutely fine since they are humanoid and obviously could consent, BUT I am not attracted to non humanoids (actual animals) at all that is fucking disgusting, horrible, and could cause disease if acted on. I am seriously fucking confused why it’s mostly us who are accused of paedophilia when anime fans have been arrested for such things and nobody really harasses the anime fans.
I’m really sorry that you’ve been attacked. Personally,I think it’s anime fans that should be harassed and accused for grooming minors and P3d0phillia.
Its easy to pick out a few people with roughly 3 million furries online vs over 100 million fans (2.88 billion watchers). In the US alone roughly 70% of young adults and teens watch anime compared to 1% furries. It stands to reason that, it's much harder to make out a few call outs to protect the fandoms within the anime communities when there are many more criminals in them. This is the same in gaming communities. However when broken down to smaller factions they become easier to curate such as call outs on toxic popular RU-vid's, streamers etc. The smaller size of the furry fandom gives it higher curabilty and despite it being easier to be picked on by others(especially by young kids in the past), it is a very strong community and certainly welcoming. Raising millions in charity events help them stand out as well as the striking costumes and artwork. The anonymity of it (animal face vs human) helps people with social stressors escape and relax with more creative expression (attractive to such as professional workers including artists, those with autism, social awkwardness, adhd, and so forth) so it may be therapeutic in nature. Not many own or wear costumes either as this sector is financially harder to get into than anime or gaming with many costing thousands.
Words can't ever describe just how much it pisses me off that sick individuals like Lucky or Kero weasel their way into this fandom. A fandom that's supposed to be a safe space for furries to meet and have a good time while having similar interests with our fursonas. But they manage to weasel into it and not only bring unwanted drama, but also taint the reputation of this fandom for outsiders.
So Naive arnt we. Nor can i say youll learn, because in many cases, many refuse to see the filth that creeps into the crevices of the thing they most hold dear.
@@thyavenger9517 Pls, furries are a super woke bunch who fetishize their own sadness and dysfunction. Any distractions for them beyond their never ending persuit of seeking acceptance amidst other geeks in the popularity contest that is mostly the entire shtick of the fandom, would be futile.
I'm fairly certain that Lucky is a zoo cuz her name has come up before in zoo expose threads independently of the callout doc. She's also drawn gift art for confirmed zoos 😔
Sad. I really liked their suits back in 2012 when I was 14 and wished to get one from them in the future. Just love their adorable toony style. Now when buying a fursuit from them after that incident you would forever be branded for supporting DHC.
I remember when this first came out, and I was heartbroken because their suits looked so good. But I can not support people like this as they really some of the scum of the earth imo.
My sister had a pomeranian that looked like a fox down to the fur patterns and everything. The only difference was that he was more brownish and darker in color that an actual fox. Never seen one like it since.
6:37 I'm a rabbit owner of a lionhead-lop mix male rabbit nerd here. 🐰 I feel deeply sadden hearing rabbit abuse and other animal abuse. Blonde Dutch rabbits are such beautiful breed of rabbit. Domesticated rabbits don't belong outside, it is a misconception because they cannot control their body temperature like wild rabbits and may overheat,... not to mention, wild animals (birds too) and predators can scare pet rabbits to death. They won't live long if people let them live outside because they could eat plants that are poison to them. Releasing pet rabbits purposely is considered animal abuse and they won't survive. Domesticated rabbit are great indoor pets but it's not for everyone. The rabbit breeding could have been prevented by getting them fixed, by neutered and spayed from rabbit hospital or special animal vet. Even if they are same-sex, it helps prevent cancer, prevent territorial fights/droppings and they will live longer with comfortable life. Breeding rabbits ain't any good for rabbits due to lots of ending up in shelters and animal sanctuary. Also there already life threatening virus called RHDV2 that could instantly kill both wild & domesticated rabbits once infected if they weren't all vaccined. Not to mention, keep rabbits in cage isn't really thing because they require exercise, attention and chewing toys around. The rabbit/bunny community have been outspoken about all of this. Rabbits are expensive pets, high maintenance, responsibility and require research before getting them. Either way, I'm glad it's no longer in hands of that furry creep. This literally proves not everyone should have pets, but every pets deserve a loving home.
@@RoxasOnSummerVacation Never said ALL furries are like this. Did you even read my comment? I was calling Lucky Coyote & Don't Hug Cacti, they are furry creeps here. Either way, I should have not called them 'furry' I guess because furry fandom don't welcome zoophiles / animal abusers anyway, and it shouldn't be normalized in that community. Maybe I should call them mascot freaks/creeps, they are still creeps based on their action. Hope you aren't defending them. At some point, I am a furry but left. But seriously, I was talking about pets specifically rabbits only and how animal abuse isn't okay. Overbreeding animals isn't okay for any type of reasons either when these same animals (rabbits, dogs, and cats) in shelter still waiting for permanent forever loving home. But these type of people in video does this for their sick jokes or form sexual/romantic relationship with animals is way worse.
I had no idea about any of this damn- I just admired their suit work and it always confused me when the people in the fandom said not to support them but no one ever elaborated as to why. Honestly now that I look at it, I see why they wouldn't wanna talk about it
I just want to make one correction. Qutens didn't make/work with the people that made the document- they only shared the document in support of the victims.
First of all, I want to say your content is amazing and it makes my day when I see you’ve uploaded a new video. Second of all, I will never defend DHC, this person’s actions are honestly horrible. I’m honestly just saddened every time I hear about this whole situation because DHC suits were some of the first I was introduced to and for the longest time I was planning on commissioning them for my first suit, then I heard about all of this and needless to say it won’t be happening. Then I remember that there are plenty of amazing fursuit makers out there who don’t do this kind of crap and I’m perfectly happy again. I hope she’s able to someday see just how wrong her actions are and try to make up for everything, though I’m also aware that’s likely just wishful thinking. Until then I’ll be looking to support reputable people in the fandom as much as possible.
I thought Paw markings was just a simple cute design, i was thinking of getting pawprint tattoos from my pets that passed on over the past years on my arm of my two cats, a dog and a guinea pig. I never knew that pawprint tattoos meant that. if i do get pawprints tattoos i would have the words of 'In loving memory' then have their names above or under the pawprints. But i'm not sure if i should get the tattoos anymore.
I'd put arm tattoos (maybe even something over your heart) that are obviously of real pets on the same level, as drawing or stamping their pawprints as signatures on a Christmas card: a permanent way of including them in the family, and not a dogwhistle (pun intended) that even the most degenerate of degenerates would think is an invitation. The only thing that would be concerning is if you end up having your arms, entire back, collarbone, and neck covered in pawprints.
Wow I was actually just wondering about the dhc drama when you uploaded this, crazy coincidence hah. Cant wait to watch, your videos are really well done and informing.
The whole "the tattoo is where the dog's paws are supposed to go" seems like a stretch. If that's true, then shouldn't the paw print be the other way up? Doesn't make sense.
Bro i have a paw tatoo with the gay flag in my and my songs butt, I Hades no clue too. Is that a real thing? Do I have to remove it!? I'm almost crying...
There is zero evidence that paw tattoos are a zoo dogwhistle. Either they completely made that up to make her look bad or were just misinformed. The real dogwhistles are: - ζ symbol in name or bio (strong) - following accounts whose entire gimmick is being a zoophile (strong) - actively interacting with known zoophiles (mid) - bad dragon toys (weak)
I once tought about having a DHC fursuit after some time... after watching this video, stupid idea. Never wanting that again. In my opinion, what Lucky has (probably) done is gross and unacceptable.
The things he has done with his birds are disgusting I own two Cockatiels and I love them to death I would never rehome my birds no matter what I also used to own rabbits and I know that if you wanna have two and only two rabbits you have to spade the male and if he did that this would have never happened I hope all of the animals are out of this guys abusive and neglectful hands.
as a new fur, i didnt know of all the drama that happened, but when i joined i did hear something about DHC having a zoo that the company supported, but didn’t know it was this extreme.
I on god can’t look away. It’s like morbid curiosity and disgust that makes me look and I can’t not. Like how do these people exist? How do they mentally work? What do we do with them? Is there a way to rehabilitate or is it like pedophiles and we just give up on them (which I’m fine with)? Edit: To be clear, I’m talking Zoos, I’ve lightly come to understand and “accept” furries (not my thing, don’t want it near me, but if it’s not actually harmful, have at it).
glad that you accept furries. of course, it's not for everyone, but we're doing our own thing. 👍👍 and yeah, this is an odd topic but I can't stop watching these lol
is it bad if i get a suit from them. Like i like the damn suits and although i dont like the person who makes it why would people want to assume i too am a zoo simply because i wanted a specific fursuit design but the only one who did it was a shithead
a paw tattoo isn't inherently a zoo thing, and it was mentioned in the video, but the specific placement compounded with the other things does come out as suspicious. it isn't even stated as hard fact its just said that its a possibility
@@wahoodotwav But the "specific placement" doesn't even make any sense if you think about it: If it's meant to symbolize "where a dog's paws are meant to go", then it's upside down, is it not? That makes no sense.
The amount of ppl who still support DHC is insane. Such ignorant individuals, i hope they get help. Its always so sad when i see good friends hang out with post doc DHC fursuit owner.
This is so sad because before all this, i wanted a dhc fursuit, because i love the style, but now i cant even stand listening to that name, if anyone knows someone with a style that resembles it and is not too expensive please tell me
i’m not even a furry i just needed a video to watch while eating but damn this was wild edit: that’s a weird choice of video for eating now that i think about it…but i like true crime and this is true crimish(? idk
for the record - i don't think koolaid is at all normal for dyeing fur in the US. although dying DOES happen, especially among poodles and service animals, its usually done with dyes specifically made for sensitive animal skin
I used to own a DHC suit and unfortunately after learning about this, i had to sell mine for half of what i bought it for, because of this incident. Its such a shame, because to this day, imo, they make the best looking heads.
Your voice reminds me of my late father, he was malled by a tiger in 09 on another note do you play with yourself to tiger tea. Mr J WeeWee signing out
it sucks ppl like bratblush are still considered popular for all the horrible shit shes done too. she has two DHC suits and has defended zoo tattoo's and exibits very disturbing and concerning behaviour.
It's sickening because I believe she lives in my state. It makes me digusted that she acts childish about being in the wrong. It's shadowing what Sappho did.
guh, their talk about German shepherds makes me especially uncomfortable as someone whose had (and still has) multiple Gsheps edit: oh and they do transphobia too? poggers!
NOW i know why people attack me stating im a zoo just because i have paw prints. this shit should not be relevant just because that side wants to be beyond dark.... should not effect those who have no freaken idea! the idea of force changing as well after having this design over 10 years!!!! its ridiculous especially since the paw symbol is most common to represent furry fandom. hence mine on the thigh.
6:25 I know what I think is alot about pet rabbits and you cannot do that, you can let them roam free wihtout your house however you have to bunny proof your house as they LOVE to explore and most of all bite things, eat/chew and things there not suppose to witch is why you ethire give them a spesific room to roam in OR Make sure to double triple check that theres nothing they can get into thats bad for them, also its recomend without any pet you have to spay and neture beacuase bunny produce fast as heck. unless you are buying them with the idea of breading them witch in that cass this is still bad to do. you have to nedure them or atleast keep them away from eachother. Edit: 7:04 also you CANNOT UNDER ANY CERCAMTANCE RELEESE A DOMISTIC RABBIT INTO THE WILD TO ROAM FREE. Domistic rabbits have been breed to live with humans for years and there is a diffrence between a wild rabbit from the woods and one from the house. Releeseing a domistic rabbit could have the cute lil bunny mostlikley killed.
It's not alright to treat them bad but hating them for supporting someone like that is justified. They are giving them money that they can buy more animals with.
It's ignorant people like you that speak out and give young people the wrong idea of what our community is about. The furry fandom is comprised of people who have a shared interest in anthropomorphic characters. Anthropomorphic means something that has been given human characteristics. The fandom is nothing more than this. All of the conventions, parties, and fursuits are just a bonus. We don't accept zoophiles or pedophiles. As a matter of fact, we may even hate them more than any normal person because they ruin our reputation. Zoophiles typically join the furry fandom with the sole goal of being accepted for their disgusting fetishes. Thankfully this doesn't happen. They will start off appearing as just a furry but then they get comfortable and expose themselves for what they are. When this happens they are instantly shunned and exiled. Since these things typically become public knowledge people hear about these bad things happening WITHIN the furry community, not WITH the furry community. This ruins our reputation and causes unnecessary controversy. And we dont mean to seem like a perfect community, that's impossible, but we do want to be seen as an accepting community to anyone with an odd interest that DOESN'T cause problems for other living beings. We know what it's like to be seen as outcasts, and so we treat most outcasts with compassion. That's what the furry fandom is. Granted, there are people within our fandom that sexualize anthropomorphic characters, which isn't necessarily wrong to an extent, but shouldn't be the face of everything the fandom has to offer. You can't just group people as zoophiles and pedophiles just because someone with a shared interest is one.
Doubt it. What is shown in these videos doesn't apply to the fandom. It applies to a select few people within the fandom. I hate when people assume that just because someone in a group acts a certain way that all of the people in the group do.
Huh, yeah that makes no sense, but that guy looks like he’s contemplating something, like why he dyed his dog!😂 edit: oh and us in the US, we don’t do that.
