@@enweazuinnocent4531 It's totally untrue and disrespectful of a person's feelings to call them childish/immature because they are pained by another's actions. Let adults feel stuff! It's normal.
Mehn MI living in this guy’s head rent free, it’s like Vector is in love with him or sum’tin 🤣😂. A Ghana 🇬🇭 fan here, if you conversant with the psychology behind the “alpha male” you’d clearly see thru Vector. MI on the other hand is street. Backstory, grew up on ModeNine(9ja) and HHP(S.A), but MI was the first African rapper imo, to have punchlines with setups, not just regular fillers ooo, but setups that builds to the punch. Example like Timaya’s “life Anagaga” boiiii, Mi’s verse on that joint was fuegoooo 🔥...But Vector, that boi is a fucking beast. Here is how i see it, Vector wanted recognition from MI, fuck everything else, he reverend MI, but his approach made MI wanna son him. Vector ma favorite tho
I don't see many appreciation comments to Hennessey. Massive kudos to Hennessey for using your platform to quench whatever tension between these rap gods in Africa. Now we anticipate a collaboration. This is good for your business. Kudos Hennessey ❤
Guys just need to understand some points in this beef. 1. It was unnecessary, just like most of the useless wars we fight in this world. 2. It was pure misunderstanding. This could've been straightened out offline, but both of them decided to fuel the fans' fighting spirit, by calling out themselves in diss tracks. Most of the fans here are disappointed that both rappers have made up, just because they like grown men in violence. 3. We all need to be calming down. Try to get details before jumping into conclusions. At last, both of them have milked some cash from us through their diss tracks. If you want real fight, watch UFC or WBC and satisfy your hunger.
While watching this at the office today, my colleagues had to ask me who was getting my rapt attention online? I told him it was M.I and Vector. He said I lied. He probably thought I was chatting with a lady. I wasn't even typing... Besides, I am happily married. I was just enjoying the Reunion. Sorry if I bored some of you with my post, cos others are smiling while reading this.
M.I. talking to his younger brother here. Controlling the conversation, stating the facts, owning his words. Vector being ambiguous despite introducing the word into the conversation. His body language is clearly different with M in the room, shrunk in his seat; dodgy with the eye contact. That's the posture I'd take only with someone I greatly admire. Calling him 'Bros'? I wasn't expecting that. He implicitly admits to being in the wrong overall. Him don dobale last last.
@@davidmiles8953 talking of brand, M was the first to bag Henny...was only juggling Martel with his free hand. Wonder why Hennessy called him, then Vector for this Conversation?
When MI explained his stance on the lyricist on the roll line, Vector's jaw dropped and so did mine. That was a pure line taken personally and completely out of context.
Wud the collab be a win-win for both of them? Don't think so... And no-one can tell me different. Why did M even agree to diss sef. The guy fall hand sha... He is a Legend already FFS.
@david Olayiwola That was way out of context man! I think Kayode is right, Vector has wanted a collaboration, for whatever reason. Maybe he wants people to start comparing the lyrics and bar for bar. And also for whatever reason, M.I doesn't feel right about it too. They both know sha
@olayiwola ... Yeah it would benefit Vector more which is why I agree Vector asked M for a collaboration but somehow, MI turned it down for whatever reasons. I respect V and his crafts but I connect with M.I music the more! If they'd have to work together for the Hip-hop in 9ja to thrive, I support them 💯
My son is taller it doesn't mean you won't dubale chale. 🤗 🛢️ VECTOR should not have issues with icons. In SA we all know that M is the king of this African hip hop. 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
nah he's cool and that's obviously not the full video, a lot of things said won't make it to the final cut. You cant imagine the conversation being 3 minutes long .
M.I: Absolutely, I will love to have a conversation with M.I Vector:Why I no go want sit with M.I in the studio, wetin want come happen?no be only talk go happen...anything other thing wey go happen,no worry I gallant... M.I: Happy birthday Vector: there's no openness whatsoever...its a conversation. M.I: it's a conversation that will be bigger than two of us in the air.... What are your conclusions guys???
I rate both artistes. They both dissed. Shit happens. I'm glad MI didn't wriggle around things he said. Vector has apologized (or rather just taken back his attack on fans), so that's a win for him. However, like MI said, you can't just call me a short man on stage, and expect me to be happy. MI said something about Sarz which was taken out of context, and he immediately apologized, when he saw how people were trying to twist it out of proportion. If you are too proud to apologize about something, then just own up to being the villain. People like villains too. Especially those who quote thé book of chaos and are hère for the violence.
There is no confusion here. From the discussions we can tell this thing started from Vector and he couldn't even defend his statements. MI is intelligent enough, see him almost laughing at Vector's falsified statements (e dey stutter constantly; that's a sign). MI has always publicly said he respects Vector; Vector hasn't always done this. Mouth dey always heavy am anytime he tries to say he respects MI. In the end, Vector has always wanted to work with his Papi 🤣😂 instead of make e just beg
@@Nollywood_Stars_Galleries Legendary is not just about the duration in the game but the impact you made/making and how you changed/ changing the game! And no one can deny not even MI that Vector wasn't a force in the rap and hiphop music industry.... You can't talk about Nigeria rap/hiphop and not mention Vector! that is it.
@@wasgan165 He hasn't done enough to be mentioned, no one good album all these years. Tell me one Vector album you can compare to Talk About It, M.I: The Movie, Chairman, Rendezvous, Yxng Denzxl, or mixtapes like Illegal Music 1, 2 and 3?
@@Nollywood_Stars_Galleries Don't stress yourself bro...I'm also a huge fan of MI. Also Vector is an award winning artist and even the fact that you can ask anyone who's vector and they have something to say show he's relevant in Nigerian Music industry... Lanre is one of the most respected artist in Nigerian Hiphop. Second Coming and Lafiaji are great albums. Because you don't like an artist doesn't mean his greatness and impact should be denied.
Vector is sentimental and emotional and Mr incredible is playing on vectors emotions and unsettling him.😂🤣😂🤣but Hennessy just milked this situation well.
M.I na king abeg. He's smart, clever, diplomatic and actually has a free mind towards Vector. Vector couldn't match his online energy in real life... probably shocked & intimidated with M.I's perspective & astounding handling of the situation. Respect to the African rapper number 1 👑🦁
The explanation Vector gave about saying "Shout out to the short man" on stage will never make sense to me. You were trying to shade him. Simple. Own it with your chest. Don't come and be forming "It was nothing personal". Shout out to Hennessey for making this difficult face to face conversation possible. 👍💪
To clarify, this is M.I 4 years ago, explaining the lyricist on the roll situation to Ebuka. Same thing M.I is saying here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BgCvqHu1Ndo.html minute 3:30
I have watched this video like 50 times. I'm officially crushing on this vector guy, never heard of him. Well put together guy. MI is actually a cool kid 😎
I know right! I've been watching interviews and listening to his music since watching Lara and The Beats! He's so sexy and he has a beautiful smile.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
i feel like vector is not being totally honest and responsible in this conversation. the energy he peddles behind MI is not replicated when they are face to face. love it though.
nah he's cool and that's obviously not the full video, a lot of things said won't make it to the final cut. You cant imagine the conversation being 3 minutes long .
Well, one thing you’ve got to understand is that the call for this conversation was for dialogue and not conflict; truce and not battlefield. Granted both might have a different drive before the “call”, more “energy peddled” right, but now it’s more like “let’s not dig further, we’ve dug enough already. And you can clearly see behind their choices of words and expressions that they want this to happen, otherwise, believe they could have said no to Henny when this “call” was made.
MI na real hip-hop head naa. Nigeria is blessed to have him... especially we the hip hop listeners. When it comes to real hip-hop business/songs, no body comes close. His album projects says it all.
I was shocked seriously, he doesn't even know the criteria for winning LOTR and we won twice? Could it be that he didn't deserve to win? Or he was just given the award being the son of the soil? So many unanswered questions. M.I is very intelligent.
I don't think you know what been smart in a convo like this VEC response was a trap to know if MI will say Kingkong not up to the standard for wining M was smart too with is answer period, this two guys are great not every Nigerian musicians have been through what VEC went through in the hands of YSG and still commands respect.
one thing I've come to realize especially as an adult about keeping malice with someone is that..it will get to a point you will ask yourself what is the point of all this malice? what do i stand to gain? Besides it will get to a point where both of you will have a difference of opinion and contradicting fronts as regards the reason for the dispute and disagreement.
Yeah for reasonable adults, that how they will see things... but for some, they could stay with it for so long even when the other person has apologized or moved on... they can't just let go
@@ayoadeoriola34 Those kind of people are the kind to be avoided by all means! cos what's the point of holding onto something that makes you miserable every time?
I dont understand why some people here are still trolling these men. 1. M.I got angry about the "he is a cool kid" vector said which he(vector) said he didnt mean the wrong way 2. Vector got angry about the lyricist of the role complain M.I said which he said he didnt mean the wrong way. 3. They didnt talk about the King Kong remix M.I didnt come out for but clearly might be bcos of the initial anger. 4. They have settled the case 5. To the fans, there is no point seeing the superior in this conversation, they both are very intelligent and handled the matter maturely. 6. Hennessy God bless you.
I can't be the only one who didn't find this conversation revealing. I personally think it needed a professional 3rd party anchor to ask both artists some salient questions about statements they uttered about each other in the past. Make them understand they need to be accountable to their words at this level. Shout out to #HennessyArtistry though.
Sometimes men don't know how to express love so they use beef and ego to cover things. Deep down you know they truly respect each other. Thank you Hennessy for making this happen. Now can we please start planning a tour for these two giants!
Kudos to Hennessy for making this happen. The unsung hero! Meanwhile, we want hip hop to progress in Nigeria; it's been moving backwards for the past few years. Please make it happen too.
I must say i didn't expect the energy to be this matured. U guys are awesome, dealt with the issues like grown men. This is what Biggy and Pac should have done. Anyway u guys should come together and give Nigeria real hip-hop. Congrats
This is what I have been looking forward to see. MI & Vector talking eyeballs to eyeballs and letting out every steam of negativity. The collaboration of both individual is a force to be reckoned with. Kudos to the #Hennessyteam for being able to organise this. United we stand , divided we fall ✊🌠🌞🌈!!!
What M.I said about undisputed champion was exactly what I said when he won... that being said: all these feels scripted and I might be wrong but I really enjoyed it. Good content
Bro MI didn't win ''Lyricist on the Roll'' award with ''Undisputed Champion''. The first time MI won lyricist on the roll was in 2018 with his hit single ''You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives''
Isidore Obijiaku Yeah! I was skeptical and I checked. He was nominated for it though. Thanks for this. Although, I remember saying out of all the songs in MI2 it had to be that?
Vector respect M.I M.I respects vector. I remember quitting Rap after M.I did the incomer disrupter sh* lines in 2010. I was like this guy is good who can challenge him. Vector didn't really equal him but He did Impressed to the level M.I was sceptical of a collabo with him.
heart felt, i was really touch by this, it was like you guys were talking to my inner spirit, and believe you me, my respect just grew for VECTOR the VIPER, and shout out to the GOAT.
This two are the big brother of Nigerian rap culture..it could only get better when they come together under one voice to represent millions of people’s voice ... big s/o Hennessy for the platform and putting this together. ❤️✊👑
Saying that ‘Kilode’ line was not a bait or intentional is a blatant lie. Shocked Vector didn’t own that with his chest. It’s hip hop. It’s a line suggesting “I could destroy him but I wouldn’t because he’s a good one”. And that’s ok too if you feel that way 🤷🏽♂️ Vector’s not looking good on this one. He’s the one trying to act cunning and shady in this video. M.I was surprisingly forthright.
