Cant fathom how this episode becomes ONE of the worst ever. Care to share the numbers of the other episodes that according to you fall into the "worst" category? Everyone knows how to grill but the methods of cooking in villages are not familiar to everyone. Therefore it is understood why they are given prominence. This may be an attempt to promote La Casa Cafe & Restaurant in Negombo and there were many restaurants which were promoted in this show in the past. Neither this episode nor any other episode of this show is the worst, and there will never be a worst or a bad episode of this show for sure. Good day!

Mind your own business and go eat VEGAN I understand the frustration you have being a VEGAN .. it is so sad not having much food left for you to eat.. I did not not ask whether or not everyone know how to grill. first read the comment and understand what is stated there. Village cooks are just home cooks they may use tools and methods they have available. Those who work in professional environment such as restaurants should stick to the cooking methods and culinary terms. When the recipe says BAKED FISH can you serve STEAMED fish?? You must be eating grass and roots for very long time being a VEGAN. So sorry for that..

@@tdn0708 I know how to grill .. but you don't!!! for you pan frying is "GRILLING". Culinary terms created by skilled professional chefs in the industry for a reason. You just cannot cook what ever the way you like and call it something else.. Grilling is a form of cooking that involves dry heat applied to the surface of food, commonly from above, below or from the side. Grilling usually involves a significant amount of direct, radiant heat.
