🔴 The Corbii de Piatra (Stone Ravens) monastery is located in the village of Jgheaburi, Corbi commune, (Argeș county). The monastery is a 14th-century rock ensemble, re-established in 1512, during the reign of Neagoe Basarab.
The stone monastery was reopened in 2003 and since then there are daily services after the monastic ordinance. It is part of the so-called initiatory triangle Monastery Cetatuia, monastery Corbii de Piatra, Monastery Namaiesti.

The flowers against that amazing wall looks so dramatic. The church cut into the rock like that is out of this world :) A great find Sorin loved exploring with you. The blue light / tinge on the inside. I love all the frescoes on the walls
