I dont want to be that guy, but honestly fizz sucks in this meta after they removed 31.66% ap scaling on his q+w and proceeded to nerf litchbane and stormsurge into non existence. Like the biggest thing I notice with fizz is he is reliant on either a successful roam bot side with darkseal or like in this game, jg feeding him kills with mid ganks Then when he died a bit early, he resurrected himself with bot lane when they were low after a fight. Getting him back up to about 4 on seal. Its just eh, he doesnt do near as much damage as he did last season, and he still is uber squishy. So still easily punishable, but without the damage to back it up if the enemy team doesn't fall behind like they did in this clip. 13:00 about here is such a good example of this. Talia, with tp manages to not get behind with farm/exp making her deaths mid not really too much of a hinderance on her leveling up. Making killing her pretty useless when trying to put her behind. Is still able to put more damage out onto fizz 3/4~4/5 his health with one rotation. While fizz at this point cant get in range to do a full rotation, nor is he doing this damage without ignite+ult. Which every ult so far aimed at her is either easily walked away from or flash is up...etc.
