If it isn't obvious to other viewers, then I want to emphasis how much extra work and editing Misa has done in this video to transcribe, translate, and color-code all of her example sentences. This video is almost an hour long, but I guarantee you it probably took her 10x longer to edit and finalize this video. Kudos to her!

So if I wanted to translate the following sentence into Japanese: "Last sunday, I went to church, prayed, watched a movie, ate an Onigiri and went to sleep." Would it be a correct solution to do this? 「前週の日曜日は、教会に行ったり、祈ったり、映画を見たり、オニギリを食べたり、寝たりしました。」 If I understood Misa先生 and her teachings properly, then this should be correct, right?

I think it is sometimes useful to realize that 1) sentences that are connected with a "strong and" (strong = not the meaning of "and such" but just a pure "and") are always connected using the te-form 2) the te-form can be generalized to all word types, namely ~て for verbs 8時起きて、仕事に行った。 ~くて for i-adjectives この車は高くて、きれいです。 ~ で for na-adjectives and nouns 母は教師で、父は作家です。 so we just need to know it's always a te-form and we can just choose one of the above depending on what word type we have.
