I always wondered why Adam Warlock isn't considered a cosmic beings. And you missed that Adam Warlock had the infinity gauntlet way before Thanos. And while in his possession he use the gauntlet to purge himself of all emotion to be a better god, thus creating Magnus and the goddess. Both resulting in the infinity war and infinity crusade.

Wasn't it Ellie Roberts of Counter-Earth who gave Him the name Adam because she thought he needed two names when he only had the one, Warlock? And the High Evolutionary was the one who had named Him Warlock...? Or are my sources bs and High Evolutionary actually named Him Adam?

I hate this character. I hate Warlock so much. He overshadowed and took all the spotlight in the Infinity series in the 90's, a major event for the Marvel universe that should have had heroes and villains of Earth as main protagonists against overwhelming odds. Instead, it was pretty much about Warlock and Thanos, and Warlock is not even that interesting - not as much as half the Earth heroes. Im glad the MCU ignored him for its Infinity saga.

Marvel used the ultimate ending in comic history way to early. Thanos is an end all not a first of many. They should've focused on solo and group movie set ups until the Fantastic 4, X-Men and other hero's arrived like the Sentry, Blackbolt, Gladiator and more Celestials like Galactus arrives. Then you could showed everything as a true threat. Truthfully Thanos should have won a second time. No on that field was strong enough to stop him.

I had a whole big theory when the infinity gauntlet MCU story fully kicked off. I figured thanos would be an anagram for the place where the gems would be AFTER the gauntlet wrapped. I remember I thought the h in thanos would stand for HIM - I.e Adam Warlock. Someone on a rival message board had debated said they believed my theory bared water but said Him may be Vision and they’ll supersede Warlock entirely. It was an interesting debate on both sides of the theory. Still bitter Ultrons origin was robbed from PYM that screwed ultrons true origins into the “everything starts with RDJ and Iron Man” which stilts the mythology. I truly thought Warlock would be introduced in GotG2 I didn’t predict YONDU hogging the spotlight and introducing MANTIS and TASERFACE instead.
