This time we finally start doing up my new house in Koh Samui!! I also introduce you to a new member of the clan! Exciting times!
In week one of 'Renovations in Samui' we are hoping to construct two partition walls and a bathroom extension, install 2 teak wood doors and create a back-entrance where a wall currently stands... All while trying to keep the cost down and stay on budget!

Glad i found you. Great content. For future reference when you have water leaking in your second floor from your roof and the possibility of water getting on your electrical don't flip on the breakers for that part of the house when it is pouring down rain.

Hiya. Great to see you dropping a video. Good luck again with the project. How do you spell her name? She is Gorgeous. She is like Buddy. Constantly on the go. I love it. The progress looks so good. I feel for you concerning the leak. I hope it was just because the tap was left on. The prices are great. It will take time like your lady friend said. A work in progress. Great video. Liked. Shared. Hi Nicky, thanks a million! Her name was Chang when I got her (like the beer, which means elephant in Thai). I prefer Changa but so far the only words she REALLY reacts to are "sit" and "out" 😂

Hi mate, would you consider putting some glass blocks into that bathroom partition wall? Might be a nice way to let in some light instead of relying on just electric bulbs. Price of works is great, I got some similar work done on my house at home and almost had to sell my kidney lol.

How did you buy a house as a foreigner? Through a LTD Company? A video explaining the process would be great. Good luck with the renovation 👍

Wow,the renovation is looking fantastic,I can’t believe those prices.I work in the building in the Uk and those prices could be 4 times that ! I’m over in February to Samui,Bohput area,any car hire company you could recommend for me ? Much appreciated 😎

Other than that FB marketplace or Samui groups usually have a few deals if you use it but I will ask that lady for sure
