Well done my dear, but for this cost, it's not all. I'm an oil palm farmer and presently harvesting. When ordering your seedlings, you must have replacement seedlings on the side. Please consult with those already into it. You have tried but in practise, the cost is more than what you have just presented. Thank you and well done.

You forgot to cover mapping and pegging. Pegging needs to be done by skilful people. Wire mesh (called Boko haram) is also very important because of grasscutter attack.

And please keep your palms stems free from weeds before fertilizing. Do a circle weeding of the palms. With Best management practices you can harvest after two years though it depends on your seedlings.

Yes. If you are in the south-south. Because it needs a minimum of 3 months of constant rain before drought. Option two is of you have a borehole in the farm for irrigation/ watering.
If where your farm is located hardly have rains, please don't plant in August. Where my farm is located, it rains there 11 months of the year. So I can even plant in September.
