I kicked off my reset yesterday before even hearing about DEF reset. Finally got a nice solid half-rack which has a pull-up bar - weights will come when I see some I like second hand. Workout done, obviously. Phone set to grayscale (small hack, let's see if it helps). Ordered a male hormone test (never done one, lacking focus so maybe there's an issue - let's see). Changed back to my earlier alarm since lately I've been using "lack of time" as a lame excuse. It's one day after Christmas so I have some extra contraband... New budget happening next. It's a big part of the strategy.

The problem with falling off the path, eating donuts and cheetos is it eventually leads to other issues in time. Before you know it you are taking chemicals to raise lowered T or insulin to control blood sugar which over time cascades to even bigger issues. Like pulling on a loose thread best not to touch the junk food to begin with and just live clean 💪💪💪

We Americans are so bad about portion control. If you're fueling properly, you don't need to eat so much. I love what you're saying, but the drinking water before you eat dilutes stomach acid. It can lead to decreased nutrient absorption and acid reflux. I wish I'd heard about the DEF reset challenge before the very end of December. I was not ready to start.
