Hands down this is the best kdrama i have ever seen. All the actors gave their 100% best. I cannot imagine someone else playing Somun's character other than byeong kyu. I need a Season 3!!!

ok so no hate or anything cuz this is my favorite kdrama of all time but like there cant be a sesaon 3 unfortunately as much as id love one. what are they gunna do? come up with a complete evil spirit that surpasses a complete evil spirit? we already got an evil spirit that far surpasses anything we couldve ever imagined. like sorry but it just cant happen cuz there is nothing new that they can add at this point. but i am hoping for a special episode dedicated to seeing whats going on with all our friends and family who are in yung right now.

This drama is wonderful, exhausting, suspenseful, hilarious, comedic, thrilling, tear-jerker, although there were lull moments but overall its needs a SEASON 3. The protagonist and antagonist really had great chemistry.

The stupidest season 2. I don't get it, the first season was so good though? This season 2, has so many unnecessary scenes, stupid fights with a lot of chokes, and those counters can't do anything about it, just being choked all the time. And that useless new counter who literally just tag along and getting in the way. Screaming and crying. What's with that smelling ability? Hana can sense if theres evil spirit near by anyway. That dude didn't add any value to the story what so ever! The reason I keep watching, because the villains are sooo good. They all steal the show. Overshadow everyone. And this stupid writer, decided to make them all dead for no reason. Wtf? Because I'm emotionally attached with them from season 1, and So mun is so handsome he reminds me of Kim Seok Jin, I kept forcing myself to watch (with so many time skipping) til my eyes bleed. Yah, it's that bad and my brain cells just dying after watching it. Why? Just why?

As a huge fan of season 1, I am sorry to say that I think this season was a huge disappointment. It may possibly be the most disappointing sequel to a series I ever watched. Waiting over 2 years for this sequel and feeling excited for it, I was shocked in how much it felt disconnected to season 1 to the point where it seemed like an alternate universe. The characters seemed way more one dimensional to me. I am unsure if this is how they are in the webtoon but it really made it not nearly as fun to watch. So Mun seemed to lose his human relatability from the first season. One aspect I found relatable was how he cared about his grandparents and not having just a one-track mind of getting stronger. Do Hana's qualities of being a good and soft person deep down, like what her sister told her, is reduced to being only shown when in the presence of a first love character from the past that seemed to have nothing at all to do with the plot (counter example is Motak's romance in the first season being introduced to be part of the plot in discovering corruption of the city and how there is risk in trying to do the right thing). Motak is reduced to mainly being used for comic relief. His character qualities of showing adversity in handling tragedy and being a thoughtful mentor to those younger seems to be forgotten about this season. Finally, the villains seemed to not have any relationship with the main characters internal struggles. I liked how So Mun proved he is a good person in handling the tragedy of his parents dying by acting through virtue as opposed to the villain of season 1 succumbing to a demon in response to trauma from his childhood. The villains seemed to only be in season 2 for action and not to explore deep internal struggles of the protagonists (At least this is what it seemed to me while watching it). Excuse me for my long post and thank you for reading. I really hope there is a season 3 to improve upon this season for I want this show to succeed. I just think I will only watch season 1 for now until then :)
