Oh, no doubt about it. This is my favorite live action Disney movie of all time! Great story (I always loved the "let's get the band back together" storylines, I don't care how many times it's been used in film) and this soundtrack is something I could listen to all day and never tire of it! Not many songs do that for me, but I never did tire of this film or the soundtrack! Truly Disney's best all around!
Ted, the main singer’s voice actor actually has 2 voices. One where he talks in the movie, and someone else is singing for him. That singers name is John Hiatt.
@@typeelite9283 and Don Henley was Tennessee's singing voice, not to forget Bonnie Raitt as Trixie's singing voice. It truly was a supergroup of singers.
I've been a huge John Hiatt fan for decades. I remember after my kids saw the Country Bears movie we got into the car. The kids were in their car seats. I started playing Lincoln Town by John Hiatt and my kids screamed out, "Dad! It's the Country Bears!"
I think I watched a movie in which a little bear tries to reunite the country bears or something like that. I remember this song from there it was quite touching when the little bear was playing it on guitar.

Yes it was written for the movie. It was described as their "biggest hit". Their first was "Kick It Into Gear," which they apparently did NOT want to do for this concert. "Let it Ride" was the last song they did before their breakup in 1991, and "Straight to the Heart of Love" was the reunion single in 2002.
Lester Bratcher True, but unfortunately some sequels end up being terrible... I think it's best to leave such a good old classic movie alone. It will be remembered more in a pleasant way.

The film was a flop; budgeted at US$35 million, it grossed only $16,990,825 in the US and an additional $1,021,272 overseas. But that doesn't matter the film and music are fantastic.

@AlYsSa11KaY The song is call "Can Love Stand the test and there's a video on RU-vid called "Baloo and Rebecca- Can Love Stand the Test" which has the whole song on it.
