Love the wig! I was personally neutral about all of the pieces except the white sweater w/black stripes. And it looked good looser and also looked good when you pulled it tighter. And I'm 'pro-belt' 😊. Definitely a winner!! Also, I used to work for one of the largest wholesale clothing companies in the US, and it is CRAZY how many shades of the color 'navy' there are, and how close to black it really does get.

I just watched your very first video, which was, if I'm not mistaken, this past April . WOW, you've come so far. I am so happy for you ❤ I'm going to give you my honest opinion about the wig. To me, it was obvious you were wearing one, and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to look like your natural hair. It looks greasy too. I think a wig of a different color with some body to it would look fantastic on you though. With not such a drastic to-the-side part. It would be fun to see you try on a variety of wigs. I really enjoy your videos. I just want you to know that wigs can be a ton of fun. If you decide to try some others, don't be afraid to experiment with styles and colors. My hair was very fine and thin for years. I used to be so embarrassed. But wigs never crossed my mind. Fast forward many years, found out i had cancer. Lost all my hair. Tried wigs and havent looked back. I'm cancer free now, but i keep my head shaved and always wear wigs. I've never paid more than maybe $75 for a wig (yet) and my favorite is a $25 wig off of Amazon! (If it's a super cheap wig bangs work best because super cheap wigs don't have lace fronts.) I love that you put yourself out there and tried the wig! I liked it on you, but I think there are other styles you could really rock! ❤

Thanks for another fun and interesting video. I think the only thing I'd have kept is the striped jumper. The shiny jeans looked fab but that noise would've made me feel self-conscious every time I moved.

My favourite look was the fairisle sweater and brown pants. Wow! Too bad the neckline is bothering you. If you hadn't said anything about the wig, I would have never guessed! You look great!

This was fun fall box! I love how the black pants fit and looked, but the sound would have driven me nuts too. It was a great look with the fair isle sweater in your black boots. I did like the striped sweater and I liked how it flowed so depending on how much it the small size brings it in, it might not flow as nicely. (At 66 my only criteria for clothes is comfort!) ❤

The video popped up on my screen and I thought this must be some other influencer mimicking MERIDITH! I watched my usual qigong and a couple f short news videos and then I read “Big On Style” ….wait a minute…that IS Meridith! So funny to me! I have fine hair too and once asked my stylist where I could find a wig locally. The only places are the stores that primarily focus on their women of color clientele. Finally I decided to just let it grow long and wear in a messy but and did that for a couple of years.. so much easier. Then I started watching Justin Hickox on RU-vid and a few others and decided to do a almost shoulder length bob and I loved it. Then I went back for a trim and my stylist cut way too much …thank goodness it’s hair and will grow back. I have discovered the hair fibers to camouflage that pink scalp so I’m good with my finer hair now. Justin just did a video on it Tuesday before last but he had mentioned it before so I had coincidentally just started using it when he did his last video in it. He and his wife are fun to watch to so I definitely suggest checking him out. He did created a RU-vid firestorm this week when he said everyone over fifty should cut their long hair. He was being facetious but it was hilarious or rather ridiculous how many people posted on his video without ever watching it. Okay book closed! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

My mom wore wigs and she always took them to her hair stylist to get them cut and styled for her. I'm a fan of the striped sweater. I liked the fair isle sweater but dry clean is a deal breaker. The faux leather pants looked great but not if the noise would drive you crazy and wrong season for the dress. The plaid was overpriced. That could come from shein or walmart. Fun box.

There was nothing in that box flattering enough for the prices in my opinion. The striped sweater is a staple piece, but you didn't LOVE it and it cost a lot and can be found softer for less. The plaid shacket you could probably get elsewhere for less too. Thanks for introducing me/us to a new brand.

I like the striped jumper the best. I also like the zigzag one. Personally I find high-necked jumpers itchy and much prefer a v-neck. I laughed when you walked around in the coated trousers - they were so noisy! 😹 Your dog is adorable.

Love that you went for it with the wig, I always have curious thoughts about getting wigs because I can style hair just not the one on my head lol. I like the color but I miss your curls. The Brown pants look great with the dark sweater with design, but I can’t stand anything that close around my neck. I would just keep pulling on it! Love the black/white sweater a little big but that makes it cozy. Try it with tighter pants. Pants are too big on you but I’d like them smaller. Love the plaid jacket too. I’m underwhelmed with the Cozytober box. I was so excited but I really didn’t love anything from the box. The pants had potential but… meh. Totally agree with the sound from the Kut pants 😂. I think there are way nicer sweaters out there and you should hold out for something special. The dress definitely screams Spring. I do like that they put some pieces in there that you probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. I went to Lane Bryant the other night and was so excited to try on two styles of the faux leather pants that are trending right now, but I just didn’t feel beautiful in them as you say. Well, on to the next box! As for the wig… the color threw me off. As I’ve gotten older, my hair has also gotten thinner and less full so I definitely can relate.

I would like to see the wig styled by a hairdresser before making a decision on wigs. But the colour looks very nice on you. I enjoy your videos so much! You are funny and sweet, and give your honest opinion on everything. If you want to try wigs, a synthetic wig is so much easier to take care of. The style will stay in the wig even when you wash it. Wigs do not have to be super expensive to be good quality. Paula Young even has lace front wigs now. There is a whole new rabbit hole to go down with wigs! They are fun too!

They are vegan leather! Loved black and white sweater size looks good. For all us plus size ladies that never wear vegan leather pants, they look great but the noise would bother me and they seem a little short. Us shorties like to see things that are short.

I like the top and jeans you started out with. I liked the plaid and the sweater withe the brown zig-zag on it but like you if you have a short thick neck; it is not suitable. I would have liked the "mint "V" neck sweater if it was longer. I didn't like the dress or the pants but I liked the idea of the pants. If I could afford any of those clothes I believe I would have just gotten the plaid hoodie. I bought a blue plaid top from one of our local stores and it has a lace up front with the same plaid material. It is SO soft and warm and blue happens to be my favourite colour. I think it cost me $20.00 and I am considering getting another one. It only came in one colour but I would still get another one. I was able to get the 2x the next size up would have been too baggy. Keep having fun shopping Meredith.

Hi Meredith, you are looking fabulous! I have been looking at the coated jeans, and you confirmed my fear - noisy when walking. I think the right belt gives a nip at the waist, which gives us the illusion of an hourglass. My favorite was the black sweater, which isn’t one of your picks. I like the pattern, but not the neckline. In fact, I am not a fan of crew necks because I am wide shouldered, and they make me look larger than I am. Give me a scoop, v, or square.

I have the finest hair, instrated to get the minimal amount of extensions just for a bit of volume and its costly and all that Jazz and I bet noone even notices but ut has given me what I needed! I thought the fairisle jumper was surprisingly nice, otherwise agree with your choice (although wasn't delighted with the fit on the brown pants). Also think the fit on the striped jumper at 3X would probably not be improved at 2X - it looked good in roomy! The green dress definitely not cosy. Never noticed that your hair was thin (mine is and possibly balding) - so you've been doing well in your hair presentation!!! 💋

So I'm new to you - and I want to say I loved the pleather pants on you... so if you don't get those, maybe try on another pair sometime. Overall, this box was okay... but I feel like for the price, I'm one of those who needs less synthetic fabric in my life.. And I have some coated jeans like that which make the same noise when you walk - they are really annoying 🤣 so I generally agree with what you picked, I think you're getting to the point of being in between the two sizes though, which is great in one way as you're doing well with your weight loss journey, but might mean for a while all the subscription boxes seem a bit oversized on you. About the wig - I miss the curls! I used to wear a wig because of chemo treatment but got rid of it when my hair grew back. Fast forward 12 years and, like you, my hair is thinning. Maybe I need to go back to wigs and try again.

I think the prices are all way too high! You can get better quality pieces at Old Navy for less and 50% off a lot of times! My favourite is the striped sweater and the brown jeans although the hem on those jeans are wonky!🤣 In the try on it also looked like one leg hem was way shorter than the other… I really think you need to size down as well!😁

I love your tangents! The striped sweater was my favorite. The hoodie was okay, but not for the price. I have a question about asking Wantable for a different pattern of an item. They sent me the Janae dress in a navy geometric print, but I much prefer the green print you received. Can you exchange for a different color or print selection?

Wantable prices are pretty high and I think the quality is sometimes questionable. For their prices, I expect finished seams and fabric that doesn't pill easily. The faux leather (didn't we call it pleather?) looked great, but the noise would make me crazy as well. I did like the striped sweater on you as well as the fair isle one, but if it's not comfortable, then its a hard NO. The dress was definitely the one that didn't belong. I liked the Vigoss pants and the plaid top...

Vigoss is sized for Junior plus. Probably why they don't fit.
