A randomized fully automatic firework crafter would be cool. If you hook it up to a creeper, sugarcane and flower-dye farm (all fully automatic using the crafter!), you could have a machine that continuously crafts and fires firework rockets, an infinite firework!
This is the exact feeling I had when I discovered the Create mod, except that for the Create mod, it was 1,000x more exciting thanks to all the things it adds. It's basically a Redstone 2.0 update for minecraft as it adds a whole other toolset to automate things in the game 👀.
I feel like this might radically change how people approach item disposability. Refilling minecarts (or more realistically, boats on a nether highway) is annoying, so you try (and fail) to keep them organized and balanced. But if you can just leave a bunch of logs, I think people are much more likely to fill a crafter terminal with a bunch of logs once and then just throw the boats in the trash after one use. Every day Minecraft gets closer to reality
6:57 About that Mass Storage section. Now you don't need to supply multiple chest of unstackable shulker boxes for your shulker loader, you can just craft the shulker box on demand. Man, this is indeed a game changer.
And crafting shulker boxes is extremely easy and fast. You just need to put 3 droppers next to crafter and with preloaded shulker box recipe you can craft box every 4 ticks
@@witherschat imagine having a system with infinite shulker materials so that if your storage system had a shulker box input, you could just freely destroy them after each use 😂
This video is late but I still learnt some new stuff, both the crafter and bulb have 1 tick delay and that the crafter immediately fills all inventory spots on a different crafter so no delay like the hopper
The counter that you and Crafty make has one default. If you want a fast counter, the hopper slows down the count from 9 to 1. You can replace it with a dropper and power the four blocks at the same time (initialization with the craft of the ingots with the block in the crafter). The best is to use diamonds to not have other possible crafts.
@@witherschat …Right, I think I might've forgotten them because I was trying to think of options that were not gems, rather than options that were not diamonds.
Now the next goal is to make something to add two ccc together and then substract and then multiply and then divide and then realise it might be less efficient than copper bulb binary counter
I want a part II, my friends were just so excited about the trials and literally didn’t care about the craft, I, on the other hand was completely excited about them, Good to know I’m not alone
wait till this guy gets a load of the copper lamp.... toggle-able, moveable lamps that can be read by a compator...essentially, single block 1-bit memory cells.
I love how Mojang implemented the autocrafter, this feature has been around in modded minecraft for a while now, every modder doing it a different way, but, while the official version is much harder to use compared to most modded versions, it really feels like a redstone component, it does not feel out of place in the slightest.
14:10 I literally made a very similar design before Crafty even made the video, though my only proof is the world I have. It's honestly very easy to come upon. when I watched his video, I thought OMG! I made that. And felt inner regret for not posting on social media because now a lot of people won't believe me as I'm not a huge Redstone guy. But I do love messing with Redstone. Something similar happened when I made a 3x3 piston door with the new honey blocks and slime blocks and double piston extenders, and then Mumbo made the exact same design with more compact wiring in a 10 seconds, 1 minute, 10 minutes, challenge. People will need to understand that when a design is simple many people will come across it. That being said I'm just going to call it a mod(10) circuit and not crafty crafter counters. Because as a programmer it will make more sense to what it does for me.
Naming things for what they do instead of who got most prominent using them is definitely the superior choice. It's a big issue in math and science, even needing to go naming things after the second prominent person because the first was Euler xD Plus it usually ignores prominent people from other cultures that also identified and used something. Everything being X polynomial, X ring, X theory, X thing... Tells you nothing about the thing other than that X was either researching it at one point or that someone liked X a lot, and if more than one of the same thing is named after someone you can't even identify which one they're talking about without lots of extra context, assuming you already know the things! It's making communication more difficult for no reason! :(
@@jo_de_pro1973literally a one block transparent t-flipflop that is movable by a piston, because moving it doesn't make it lose its state. im sure the redstone community would find a lot of use for it.
2:37 This could be a wierd pulse extender/shortener depending if the crafter is crafting a block or ingot. Idk what use it has but its pretty cool. Especially since it does both extending then shortening every other pulse. It kinda reminds me of a t-flip flop.
Just use redstone logic to do this, there are many designs that keep the recipe by naking sure every item crafted happens when a certain number of items go into the crafter
ya know with the minecart one, you could now have it so the minecart at the end of the track FAR more easily just gets incinerated and have simple small iron farms pumping iron into a single chest nearby that means you have infinte minecarts without making the riders have to do anything specific.

Just paused the video to say again how much i appreciate the time and effort put into these videos ❤ thank you The content of this channel and the video production quality are so well done 🏆 *THIS* is how to RU-vid
Are you going to go over the copper bulb? (displays, binary stuff, one block t-flip flop, maybe you could even make a display that uses different gradients of copper for depth)
And that's why I dislike the fact that crafty "patented" the crafter mod 10 counter. It's quite a natural thing to come up with and it was just a matter of a very short time. Someone could literally have made it or even envisioned it in their mind before crafty did.
i fully believe gnembomb(that might have been spelt incorrectly) was the second best thing that's ever happened to minecraft (technoblade's existence is 1st, of course.)
@@caspermadlener4191 Ah yeah, theres actually two halves to it but the more interesting part is that there will always exist statements that are true but that your choice of formal logic is incapable of proving.
dispenser crafting using only two crafters and you only need 15 double chests of raw ingredients in order to make a double chest of dispensers and quite quickly at that
Im not smart enough with redstone to know how to sort items well, but could a crafter be set up where hoppers put materials into it with a hopper at the front to collect the crafted item once its spit out, put it back into the crafter, and maybe have this crafter set up to craft 2 separate items with the second crafted item needing the item from the first craft. Then, once the second item is crafted, spit out, and put back into the crafter, a hopper from below set to only pull the final item, not allowing the materials used to craft it in? Not sure how useful it would be really, could just have a second crafter, but I was thinking compact auto builds. Like maybe a crafter getting sugar cane (from an autofarm) to make paper, then the paper is put back into the crafter where a leather is being added from storage, then a TNT Tree farm could be made to make planks and have the books crafted into bookshelves if possible being squeezed in. Super dumb gimmicky idea, but I think if possible the only human interaction needed would probably be breeding cows to either let die through the farm or killed by a looting sword and it would probably be satisfying to watch putting leather into a chest and being given bookshelves.
Cubicmetre made a system that uses three chained crafters to take 2logs into 8 planks to craft into a chest and those into a shulka box every 0.4 seconds. Your idea could be fully automated by using a hoglin farm, azala farm, bonemeal farm for the azual farm and a sugarcane farm to fully automatically make bookshelves with no player interaction needed
Вау, этот компактный счётчик очень удобный, если подсоединить к воронке компаратор можно подключить её как импульс ко второму счётчику и получить многозначные числа
We need a “interact” block, which would use an item on something in front of it, obviously, now. ---------------------------------------------------- I thought “Lag machine” The second I saw you put the ingot in from the front. ----------------------------------------------------
@@Dr1ft1ng Correct it interacts with blocks that can be interacted with🤣 which still does what you ask cause the word interacts is not specific, it spits out other blocks which is an interaction
Anything that can be generated/harvested from afk farms, crafted from the items from afk farms and crafted from those items are now produced by an afk factory. The only issue is the inability to place the items afk and the inability to get some items afk. With your minecart crafter you can attach other crafters to generate any type of minecart and then place them onto the rails, but unfortunately you can’t get the rails to be placed afk as well, otherwise you could generate an afk railway.
Shame the base10 counter design no longer works now that 1/21 is actually out on release ... unless I've put it together wrong (but it's literally only 4 blocks, so ...)?
I wanna see if u can make a infinite pickaxe generator using a wood farm to get the wood to make sticks for the pickaxe..then use a stone farm for the stone... Connect these farms using hoppers to finish the pickaxe farm..I could not do it..but I want a RU-vidr to be inspired of my idea....since ur a redstone god, I am asking u to make this....if u can't, it's ok! Just, thank you for reading!
