I love you ladies!! You give lots of suggestions for all kinds of entertainment. I think your book suggestions enable me more than anything. I don't knit, but I tell myself every episode that I need to learn. I really want to make a pair of socks. But I'm 82 and i crochet, quilt, cross stitch and do genealogy so I think I won't start. I love your yarn but I made myself promise myself not to buy anymore yarn until I've used at least some of what I have. I especially like the honesty of your book reviews. Thank you for the good work! Don't melt.

Mary Beth, repeat after me: stitch markers for every lace repeat. I am working on a cowl that requires stitch markers for every repeat because my mind wanders!

Hello Ladies of the Hollow! My daughter and her husband are both teachers, so of course they get summer off, to travel and see the national parks and so many beautiful wonders of this country. They converted a van to stay in and have just returned from 4 weeks in Oregon, Washington and California. I agree Helen I don’t think that those of us who live on the East Coast know what a big tree is. My daughter looks like a tiny bug in the pictures with the red woods!!

We live in a world of misinformation and false advertising. I take comfort in going to creative social media sources where it doesn’t happen often. The home and the hydrangeas video you posted was absolutely beautiful, but I think you should put a disclaimer because people may assume that that is yours, as you speak about the castle frequently. And it is perfectly fine to Post your beautiful neighborhood but if there is an assumption that is your home, there is a perception issue. And you know how nasty people can get. I just wouldn’t want you to be hit with backlash inadvertently.
