You know, the director was so exited about the MV that he was watching all the reaction to this MV in all the languages. He even answer questions (at least mine). I thought was very nice, the entire thing I mean like answering questions and watching MV reacts.
All Young Posse's video are great but "XXL" and "Macaroni Cheese" are fever dreams that will make you fall in love with this group. Any positive attention to this group is great. I like how you had the behind the scene video to compare it looks like it made it even more fun for you.
I love reactions to smaller groups, especially when they are creative & bold like this. Pure K-Pop❤ Fun Fact: The 2 dudes on the bikes are the writer & director (names from the intro) - Great Minds!
I had so much fun wathing the no vfx versions for both XXL and Maccaroni Cheese. The team is so creative. They gotta have a 5 year old giving them all of these crazy ideas 🤣🤣
dude i am so happy you reacted to this, they deserve way more attention i also noticed how u didnt put ther name in the title, and that's pretty smart of u bc i feel like less people would click if the title included "Young Posse" just bc they arent popular + all the stupid assumptions ppl make abt their group TY SMM
I was waiting for this reaction FOREVER. So i'm really glad you finally watched it! I LOVE YOUNG POSSE!!! You should react to Unis 'Curious' MV too. You'll love it!
You really should check their MV for Macaroni Cheese, there's a lot of references from it on this video and the story would make more sense since it was her first hit. It's also kinda crazy like this one
Was surprised that you actually reacted to one of my fave mvs!! really love your reactions❤ Edit: Would love to see you react to other mvs like this one, and I would like to see you react to BINI (just a suggestion😊) anyway, nice vid!!!11!!1
OK, so you know what the world needs now? A Young Posse x XG collab. The sheer levels of rap talent, quirkiness, and raw artistic creativity would be through the stratosphere.
By the way the song pays a big homage to Comeback Home by Seo Taiji and Boys (Legendary Korean group from the 90s which served as an inspiration for Kpop to be formed) + they make many references to their debut song Macaroni Cheese
jordan, ive probably watched like 3 of your videos total but ill recognize your content and face anyday- i gotta say i really appreciate you giving that additional info you recognize in the editing process, im a graphic designer and wanting to get into video editing and music video direction, and your additional info is highly appreciated! thanks bro
Young Posse have some wild MVs! Macaroni Cheese is also really goofy, but that’s what I love about it. The videos remind me of early 2000s music videos and I freaking love that!
Could you pls also do the reaction for their debut song MV Macaroni Cheese? It was the same director as XXL's, which you can easily tell from the editing style. And it also has a no cgi version! I really want to wacth your reaction!
Jordan you should definitely react to Dolla's 'Classic' MV, it's q decent and I'm sure it'll make a little more people in your audience discover a group they love (I SWEAR IT'S SIMILAR ENOUGH TO KPOP FOR KPOP STANS TO ENJOY BUT M-POP ENOUGH TO NOT BE KPOP AGH)
You should react to OOTD of Dreamcatcher. It's such an amazing work of editing. And if you want something more cinematic, Fly High from hers is a really good option too :) And, as an another sugerency, I recommend you "Unbreakable" of Kim Hyung Joon ft. Jay Park. Another masterpiece in terms of video editing, CGI, etc.
go xxxxxxxxxl or go home, yeah! ahahaha this is such a fun MV, it's always fun to re-watch it. sometime I really marvel at people and their imagination.
also the meaning of the song is literally what you talked about like them becoming big as kpop idols who debut all want, but people hate on them for no reason, and its like they arent popular anymore. another detail to note is how the climbing rap scene lyrics actually talk about how they rather stay unique to themselves as artists and not ride on trends or try to make less people hate them to become popular. so its like saying how everyone wants to be famous but when youre famous u may lose your uniqueness and people only know you as you on their screens, not in real life
