I'm always amazed by the amount of people who "reason" that taking ALL the drugs will somehow give them the right ideas to get out of whatever trouble they're in. Total cartoon logic.
Nothing like falling asleep to fucked up trip reports! The one that always stuck with me was about the couple who had like black residue constantly oozing out of their bodies so they would take scolding showers and it would have a horrid stench.
I’m not sure I believe that, meth psychosis (stimulated and sleep deprived) can make you have paranoia and delusions. So that person already had slight worry about slightly oily skin it will exasperate it and send you off on an obsession.
@dogbog99 Idk dude I knew this guy who did meth and he was both paranoid and delusional. He lived in a trailer and thought the CIA was after him. Sounds cliché, but he would be going on rants about seeing men in Gilly suits with assualt rifles and his phones being tapped. He would make the shit in a pop bottle for his own personal use. I've always been a pot head so I couldn't tell you the thought patterns behind a meth user. I'm just glad they legalized pot where I'm at so I don't have to deal with baseheads while trying to buy a bag.
The first story - guy had a logical mind and maintained an observational voice during trip, and yet made the stupidest decision one could make on acid. Thought provoking.
The first story is so infuriating. Medical professionals should be informed on how to handle a patient going through a bad trip (even if it’s not physical). Very very upsetting.
Yeah I could so relate to what he was saying and I appreciated his anger. They are so patronizing and arrogant. I can't stand having to go to the hospital.
They need to be put in a room alone during a k hole from personal experience of it myself that would give them a reason to give some compassion to people having a bad trip nobody could understand the horror of psychedelics without experiencing it first hand no stories or any words can actually explain truly what it's like when your brain trips on you and suddenly you're in an endless inescapable void where all you can do is ride it out
Some of the authors do a really good job showing how i could end up in this situation and how one thing leads to another, but other authors, what the hell were you thinking man

I'll always be genuinely terrified at how our brain can literally cut out reality and send you on a trip in hell I think some drugs genuinely make us experience things we aren't meant to experience breaking past our own mental boundaries of what we can understand also knowing time is just human concept it's possible to not exist and really fucks you up when it goes out the window

And he even said it was 2 tabs like chill the fuck out it wasn't 10 tabs or something.. You can see by the way he is describing his experience that 90% of it was him freaking himself out. Now I agree that hospital employees can be total arrogant shitheads but he could've just asked a friend to give him a few benzos, which is probably what they had given him in the hospital even or have a drink which quite successfully kills the trip.. A grown man who's no stranger to drugs should be able to carry himself better in such situation

He was obviously a kid, being no car and his parents being out, talking about child services, maybe taking him away, and his immature takes on how everyone was out to get him. In psychosis people dont realize but everything is actually fine, but there brain fucks up their thinking. The hospital people were probably doing what they needed to. If you dont make something sound like a big deal, you'll get discarded and forget about at the er, like what happened to me recently with some laced synthetic weed. Saying purposely that I was going to pass out, and im in tachycardia/shallow breathing

I'm not trying to be political. However with as much wanker as I heard I'm assuming this wasn't in the United States. We may have to pay alot but we do get good care. I've had alot of stupid issues requiring the hospital and I have never had any issues like this.

Yea I’m from the US here and I’m extremely poor and I have some super basic insurance. But my local hospitals and my insurance seems to get me better healthcare then my Canadian and UK friends. My Canadian friend was shocked that I could get in and out of the hospital to get a wound treated at the ER within a few hours. He broke his arm once and spent 20 hours waiting in the ER
